PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP ETOS KERJA DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus dapat mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dan pada dasarnya PT. Artha Retailindo menyadari pentingnya SDM sebagai aset perusahaan. PT. Artha Retailindo juga menyadari bahwa pemberian kompensasi yang tidak sesuai akan mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan karyawan sehingga sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan menurun dan menyebabkan kinerja yang dihasilkan menjadi tidak maksimal dan dampaknya banyak karyawan yang mengundurkan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap etos kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan obesrvasi. Responden adalah semua PT. Karyawan Artha Retailindo dengan sampel adalah 125 responden. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi antar variabel dengan menggunakan analisa model dan uji hipotesis dengan membandingkan t statistik dengan t tabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan anatara kompensasi terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo, kemudian adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo. Sedangkan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui etos kerja tidak menimbulkan pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih sadar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak, dan sesuaidengan hukum yang berlaku sehingga etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan oleh para karyawan PT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan desain grafis, sablon dan percetakan kepada para pemuda dan pemudi RW 04 Kelurahan Pasar Manggis Kecamatan Setiabudi melalui workshop dan pelatihan desain grafis, sablon dan percetakan yang dilakukan dilingkuangan RW 04. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap peserta workshop dan pelatihan desain grafis, sablon, dan percetakan, dimana subjek penelitan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemuda dan pemudi RW 04 Kelurahan Manggarai, Kecamtan Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan, dengan menggunakan analisa data melalui uji beda paired sample test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh nya pelatihan desain grafis, sablon dan percetakan yang dilakukan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan para peserta pelatihan, meskipun tidak terlalu signifikan.
This research was conducted to find out empirical evidence of the role of buying interest in mediating product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions in the millennial generation in the Central Jakarta area, there is the online shop Matahari.com. The analysis method in this study uses structural equation modeling (SEM), sample of 225 respondents, the sampling technique refers to the calculation of Hair which is used for research with SEM analysis. The results showed that 1) Product quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest, 2) Brand image had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. 3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. 4) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. 5) buying interest has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. 6) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions through buying interest. 7) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions through buying interest. So that in order to increase consumer buying interest in order to improve buying decisions, Matahari management needs to maintain product quality and brand image of Matahari.com, Matahari must continue to innovate both in terms of quality control through product specifications and pay attention to reviews from consumers, and control suppliers so as to create brand loyalty. in the eyes of consumers and always prioritizes technology in all promotional activities, especially to attract the millennial generation. The novelty of this research is to measure indicators per dimension of exogenous and endogenous variables by collaborating with mediating variables through structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis.
This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause the turnover intention at PT. SDDM. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The respondents were 50 employees, all of which were the employees of PT. SDDM at the head office. The method used was the survey method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data processing techniques with the use of the path analysis model, the SmartPLS program and the hypothesis testing by comparing t statistics with t tables. The results of this study indicated that the job stress had no effect on the turnover intention at PT. SDDM, and the job satisfaction had no effect on the turnover intention at PT. SDDM. Meanwhile, the organizational culture which had a negative effect on the turnover intention at PT. SDDM showed that if there was an decrease in the organizational culture, the turnover intention would increase at PT. SDDM. This research suggests that PT. SDDM pay more attention to the organizational culture by creating the working culture and working environment, by appreciating, respecting employees at every opportunity and by providing positive feedbacks and rewards for the best-performance employees.
