The increased disaster events in the last ten years warns all stakeholders about potential hazards. Potential risk to land assets due to disaster affects the needs of fast and accurate land data that only 65% mapped. This study aims to establish an interpretation method and mapping of paddy field using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The research uses interpretation method by evidence convergence approach. The result shows that the value of accuracy above the tolerance value, 93.13% for landuse interpretation and 84,21% for land parcel booundary interpretation. It means that the small format aerial photography derived from drone can be used to provide quick and accurate spatial data on paddy field land parcel identification.Intisari: Peningkatan bencana dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir memberikan peringatan kepada semua pemangku kepentingan akan potensi bahaya. Potensi risiko terhadap aset-aset lahan yang disebabkan oleh dampak bencana membutuhkan ketersediaan data spasial lahan yang cepat dan akurat yang hingga saat ini baru terpetakan seluas 65%. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun metode interpretasi dan memetakan bidang tanah sawah menggunakan unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode interpretasi visual dengan pendekatan konvergensi bukti. Hasil interpretasi menunjukkan nilai akurasi diatas nilai toleransi, 93,13% untuk interpretassi penggunaan lahan dan 84,21% untuk interpretasi batas bidang tanah. Hal ini berarti bahwa fotoudara format kecil yang dihasilkan dari pemotretan drone dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan data spasial bidang tanah sawah secara cepat dan akurat.
The study aims to analyze the economic impact of land acquisition for Yogyakarta International Airport project on the affected community. The research is conducted quantitatively, collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis techniques through descriptive statistics. Respondents are randomly selected as many as 45 households. The variables used include occupation, income, cost of living, and asset ownership. The results show that land acquisition has an impact on job losses of 15.6% and 8.9% of odd jobs, 35.6% decrease in income, 7% decrease in asset ownership and 15.5% increase in the cost of living. The results of the study show that land acquisition has a negative impact on the decline in the economic conditions of some affected communities. In this context, the restoration of community life should be an integral part of land acquisition projects.
Abstrak: Problematika pertanahan di Indonesia merupakan hal pelik untuk diselesaikan dan terus mengalami kenaikan. Kondisi ini diantaranya dipengaruhi karena masih rendahnya pemahaman/kesadaran sebagian masyarakat terhadap administrasi pertanahan serta belum optimalnya pemeliharaan dan pemanfaatan tanah. Pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Girikarto bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat terkait pertanahan sehingga mampu menekan angka permasalahan pertanahan serta mewujudkan tertib administrasi pertanahan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pelayanan klinik pertanahan kepada perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan perwakilan masyarakat dengan jumlah 30 orang. Hasil kajian menunjukkan dengan kegiatan ini maka sebagian besar peserta memahami aspek pendaftaran tanah, memiliki kesadaran terhadap arti pentingnya mendaftarkan tanah, memiliki kesadaran untuk mengurus dan memelihara tanahnya untuk mencegah terjadinya permasalahan pertanahan. Dengan kegiatan ini maka masyarakat memperoleh solusi terhadap permasalahan pertanahan yang dihadapi serta meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan tertib pertanahan.Abstract: Land problems in Indonesia are complicated matters to be resolved and the number continues to increase. This condition is influenced, among other things, due to the low understanding/awareness of some people towards land administration and the lack of optimal land maintenance and utilization. Community empowerment carried out in Girikarto Village aims to increase the capacity of the community related to land so that they are able to reduce the number of land problems and realize orderly land administration. The service method is carried out through socialization and land clinic services to village officials, community leaders, and community representatives with a total of 30 people. The results of the study show that with this activity, most of the participants understand aspects of land registration, have awareness of the importance of registering land, have awareness to manage and maintain their land to prevent land problems. With this activity, the community gets solutions to the land problems they face and increases the community's role in realizing land order.
: Photo Map that came from the Unmanned Aerial Vehivle can be used to help collecting physical data in the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). One of the UAV photo map utilization is as a Basic Map or work map. Before being used as a reference for collecting physical data, all registered land fields (Cluster 4) at the PTSL location must be plotted on the Basic Map and then corrected based on the appearance of the UAV photo map. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the entire field of Cluster 4 plots above the UAV Photo Map must be corrected in both the mapped and uncharted land in the GeoKKP system. Field of Cluster 4 p that have been mapped are addressed by utilizing the features in ArcGIS and AutocadMAP software and for uncharted field of Cluster 4 were used by the Geographical Index Mapping (GIM) method.Keyword : Photo Map, UAV, Cluster 4 Intisari : Peta Foto yang berasal dari Wahana pesawat nirawak (Unmanned Aerial Vehivle) dapat dipergunakan untuk membantu pengumpulan data fisik dalam pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL). Salah satu pemanfaatan peta foto UAV adalah sebagai Peta Dasar atau peta kerja. Sebelum dipergunakan sebagai acuan pengumpulan data fisik, seluruh bidang tanah terdaftar (Kluster 4) di lokasi PTSL harus diplotkan di Peta Dasar tersebut dan kemudian dilakukan pembenahan berdasarkan kenampakan peta foto UAV. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan bidang tanah Kluster 4 yang diplotkan diatas Peta Foto UAV harus dilakukan pembenahan baik bidang tanah yang sudah terpetakan dan yang belum terpetakan di sistem GeoKKP. Bidang tanah Kluster 4 yang sudah terpetakan dibenahi dengan memanfaatkan fitur dalam sotware ArcGIS dan AutocadMAP dan untuk bidang tanah Kluster 4 yang belum terpetakan dipergunakan metode Geographical Index Mapping (GIM).Kata Kunci : Peta Foto UAV, Pembenahan, Kluster 4
