Education is guidance or assistance provided with the aim that students are responsible for carrying out tasks. Efforts to maximize these activities can be started by minimizing learning barriers. Learning barriers are obstacles that slow down the focus of effort in receiving knowledge. So that the teacher will be right to decide on the learning strategy, thus students are expected to be able to catch up because of these obstacles. This research is classified as a qualitative descriptive study that seeks to describe the analysis of student learning barriers. The subjects in this study were second semester students in the 2021-2025 Health Information Management Study Program, Elisabeth STIKes Medan, who took the Biostatistics course. This study seeks to understand the obstacles experienced by students and uncover things that are considered as factors that hinder student learning in the Biostatistics course. In this study, researchers collected information through diagnostic tests and interviews with students. The results of the analysis show that the obstacles for students in studying Biostatistics generally lie in their basic abilities, namely weak concepts. The results of research conducted by researchers are errors in process skills, errors in understanding questions, and errors in using notation. As an alternative to overcome these obstacles, it is necessary for Biostatistics eye teachers to be able to develop learning strategies so that students can further hone their thinking skills and teachers to be able to provide varied practice questions to students continuously.
Inpatient services may have an effect on the level of efficiency in the hospital which is wrong in the inpatient indicator that is BOR, ALOS, TOI, and BTO that have not comply with MOH standard. The conclusions used by many outdoor beds in accordance with the Manistry of Health were given the results of the overall BOR room 81.18 according to the Manistry of health Standard 60-85%. ALOS value 86.125% whereas According to Ministry of Health Standard 6- 9 days, BTO Value 12.7river on According to Ministry of Health Standard 40-50 times and value of TOI 7.99 days According to Standard Depkes 1-3 days. Divide To the officer to improve the quality of service to patient.
Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengetahuan tentang Etika moral mahasiswa Stikes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Penelitian menggunakan cross sectional design dengan random sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online melalui whatsap. Populasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Seorang Mahasiswa Prodi manajemen Informasi Kesehatan Tingkat 1 Tingakt 2 dan Tingkat 3 dengan jumlah responden yang telah terkumpul berjumlah 53 orang Responden dan indikator sebanyak 5 pertanyaan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sebagai data primer, serta jurnal dan buku sebagai data sekunder. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukan Bahwa Pengenalan Etika Moral Mahasiswa Stikes Santa Elisabeth Medan Tergolong Baik mendapatkan Jumlah (82,2%) Mahasiswa Hal ini bisa terjadi dikarenakan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa Stikes santa elisabeth medan sangat mengerti dan tahu akan Etika Moral yang baik dan benar sehingga ketika di beri kueisioner dalam bentuk pertanyaan rata rata mahasiswa stikes santa elisabeth medan menjawab pilihan baik atau paham.
