E-commerce adoption with the UTAUT 2 model is a complex and multidimensional issue that connects multiple dimensions. A statistical method that can explain the relationship between one latent variable and another variable is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study aims to create a structural model of e-commerce adoption using SEM based on indicators in the UTAUT2 theory. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through a survey of MSME actors in Batam City using a questionnaire with the purposive sampling method. The sample used was 200 MSMEs. The analysis results show that the value on the Behavioral Intention variable was 88.6%, and the Use Behavior variable was 76.8%. value of 97.4% indicates that the exogenous latent variable strongly affects the endogenous latent variable. The goodness of the fit value suggests that the SEM model in this study can explain empirical data or field data by 83%. The hypothesis testing results are that Behavioral intention significantly affects effort expectancy, facilitating condition, performance expectancy, and price value. Related to indirect effect, variables that affect user behavior through behavioral intention are significantly the variables of effort expectancy, facilitating condition, habit, performance expectancy, and price value.
Batam City MSME players still encounter obstacles in the adoption of e-commerce-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS). This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of an e-commerce-based accounting information system for MSMEs in Batam City using the UTAUT2 model by considering cultural factors. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through a survey of MSME actors in Batam City using a questionnaire with the purposive sampling method. The sample used was 150 MSME actors. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The results of the study proved that facilitating conditions, habits and behavioural intentions affect the use behavior variable directly. Cultural factors of individualism collectivism, uncertainty avoidance and long term orientation also succeeded in moderating the influence of behavioural intention variables on use behavior. The results of this study imply that the government can consider cultural factors in developing a strategy to increase the adoption of MSME e-commerce accounting information systems in Batam City to improve business performance.
The aim of this research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the resilience of car loan debtors in an area. The research method used is semiparametric Cox regression on secondary data, WAREHOUSE consisting of the customer profile (demography) and historical payment consisting of 25 observed variables. The Cox regression model used in this study is a proportional hazard Cox regression model. Based on the description of the data, it shows that there is a risk of defaulting debtors who have been past due compared to never past due. Cox proportional hazard regression model with the semiparametric method can be used to identify factors that affect debtor resilience. Of the 25 variables observed, there is one variable, namely the X16 (Age) variable which does not significantly affect the debtor's endurance.
