This study is aimed to explore student’s initial perceptions of the application of Google Classroom to learning writing at seventh grade students. The design of this study is a survey. The researcher used a questionnaire adapted from the theoretical foundation of UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance of Technology) to collect the data. Before conducting the research, the researcher did a preliminary study to choose the subject of the study and select 54 students from different classes that is VII-A and VII-B. The data gathered from an online questionnaire by using Google Form. The result of this study with quantitative data showed that Seventh Grade Students had a good (high) perception toward all statements of the questionnaire. Most of the student’s initial perceptions of Google Classroom application for learning writing in this study is an indicator of Performance Expectancy. It shows that (1) students find Google Classroom useful for learning English online especially writing. (2) students find Google Classroom useful which allows them to do assignment quickly. (3) using Google Classroom, students will increase their chance of learning English online for writing. The researcher recommends that this research offers several implications for the adaptation of Google Classroom in learning writing. The students’ initial perception, as evidence of students’ behavioural intentions in learning writing through learning platform and it gives beliefs to teachers in applying learning innovations refers to the usefulness of the learning platform as well as the most influential factors during implementation.
One of the causes of death of children under five is chronic malnutrition or stunting. The government has made a policy as an effort to reduce stunting. Specific intervention nutrition programs are activities that directly address the occurrence of stunting. Evaluation of edit interventions that have currently been carried out but have not separated the process based on intervention indicators so that it results in a long processing time and large exit costs so we need a system that can accelerate the process of evaluating specific interventions. Information systems for evaluating specific interventions can be a solution to this problem. In this study, an information system for evaluating specific interventions of stunting cases was developed web-based to facilitate real-time operation. The evaluation information system is designed to collect national data and carry out a clustering process using the k-means method and evaluation stucture cluster using silhouette method. In this study an evaluation value of 34 provinces was obtained which was divided into several clusters as a result of evaluation process in the information system.
Background and Purpose Health workers are the main key to the success of achieving health development goals. As a very decisive first step for the availability of qualified health workers, the recruitment and selection process for health workers and the development of human resources is carried out. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the recruitment, selection, and development of human resources together or partially on the quality of work of health workers at Citra Sundari Hospital. Method; The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative correlation type. The population of this study was all health workers at Citra Sundari Hospital. The sample of this study was 80 health workers. The proposed hypothesis has an influence on the recruitment process, a system of selection and development of human resources independently or jointly on the quality of work of health workers. Results; The process of recruitment, selection, and development of human resources together partially affect the quality of work of health workers at Citra Sundari Hospital. Implications; The results of this study provide direction and input related to the recruitment, selection, and development of human resources so that hospitals have quality health workers.
