The Sustanaible development goals (SDGS) has been popular since 2015. SDG has abig agenda to elevate human dignity. SDGS has 17 strategic agendas where one of them isquality education. The quality education agenda must be comprehensive and fair to be realizedfor all people. Thus, this requires the central and regional government interference and the roleof local politics to make it happen. This study aims to analyze the impact of local politics on therealization of SDGs in term of quality of education. The study uses descriptive qualitativemethods. The research findings show that the fulfillment of SDGs in the field of qualityeducation in several villages in Sumenep district is still low. The role of government and localpolitics is not significant enough to encourage the realization of high SDGs in the field of qualityeducation. The realization of SDGs in the field of quality education so far has not touchedsubstantive aspects such as the quality of learning for students, the relevance of educationaloutput, un-effective learning environment as well as the quality and quantity of educationalfacilities and infrastructure. Thus, the SDGs need to be revitalized in the field of qualityeducation through strengthening local politics.
The government's strategy in minimizing the modern first time implemented by the banyuwangi regency government by a prohibiting policy of building modern retails. this policy is concidered unpopular because impedes invesment and regional income. This study aims to explain about the local government policy in minimizing the modern market and its implication for empowerment small traders. The theory used in this study is public policy and community empowerment with discriptive-explanatory research methods. The result in this study indicate the prohibition of development policies modern retails as strategy of local government to empower small traders. This policy has real impact on improving the economy and reducing the poverty rate significantly.

In election of 2015 the public political attitude to be shown by the participation of choosing up to 70 percent with high indication , but the accustion reached 167 indicate the violations and irregularities showed the weakness of political society well. From that the quality of people's political culture is trapped in the number of voters are not the value and dignity of democracy, such as the menialof violation, freedom of choice is not money political reason, Intervention of government and electoral institutions. Dalam pilkada serentak 2015 sikap politik masyarakat ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi memilih mencapai 70 persen dengan indikasi yang cukup tinggi, tetapi sisilain banyaknya gugatan yang mencapai 167 mengindikasikan banyaknya pelanggaran dan kecurangan yang menunjukkan lemahnya political well masyarakat. Dari itu kwalitas budaya politik masyarakat masih terjebak dalam angka-angka pemilih bukan nilai dan marwah demokrasi, berupa minimnya pelanggaran, kebebasan memilih bukan karena money politic, intervensi pemerintah maupun lembaga pemilu. The alleviation of illiteracy in Indonesia has been performed by the central government through the district government policy. In this study will be performed a research about the alleviation of illiteracy in Sumenep district by using paradigm of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in quality educational aspect and skill life education. This research uses descriptive-qualitative method in collecting and analyzing the data about the alleviation of illiteracy policy that is applied by government in Sumenep district. The Sumenep district government policy becomes a basic part in advancing the society, includes the policy in education aspect. One of the Sumenep district’s policies in education aspect includes an initiation in convincing the society through the alleviation of illiteracy for poor people. This research gets a conclusion that alleviation of illiteracy was performed by Sumenep district government in order the people get the quality education for their development in literary aspect (reading and writing) and to support their future that is faced to the technology world more advanced and more advanced, this becomes an indicator of prevailed policy.
This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Motivation on Organizational Performance at the Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) of Banyuwangi and Jember Regencies. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The population and sample amounted to 98 respondents consisting of all employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Banyuwangi Regency and Jember Regency. The instrument and data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). For data collection techniques using questions (questionnaires) or questionnaires distributed to all respondents.There are five indicators in the employee motivation variable used in this study, namely: 1) physical needs, 2) needs for security and safety, 3) social needs, 4) self-esteem needs, and 5) self-actualization. For organizational performance variables, there are six indicators used in research, namely 1) effectiveness, 2) efficiency, 3) quality, 4) productivity, 5) quality of work life, 6) learning and innovation. The results of this study indicate that employee motivation has a significant effect on organizational performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Banyuwangi and Jember Regencies.
