Obesity and cholesterol are very feared problems. In recent years, many people have tried to use alternative treatments by consuming ingredients from plants, one of which is telang flower tea (Clitoria ternatea). The purpose of this study was to test and determine the difference in the effect of the frequency of tea drinks (Clitoria ternatea) accompanied by aerobic exercise on weight loss (Body Mass Index) and cholesterol. Experimental research design with pre and post-test design methods. Group grouping using matching pairing and data collection took measurements of body mass index, and blood tests in the form of cholesterol tests. The study population was all Military National Indonesian members who had a BMI > 25. The data analysis technique uses a difference test of 2 paired groups to distinguish the pretest and posttest in each group, with a significance level of 5%. The results of the analysis showed that: 1) there was an effect of the frequency of drinking 2 times the tea accompanied by aerobic exercise on the decrease in Body Mass Index (BMI) and cholesterol, 2) There was an effect of the frequency of drinking 5 times the tea accompanied by aerobic exercise on the decrease in Body Mass Index (BMI) and cholesterol, 3) There was a difference in the effect of the frequency of drinking 2 times and 5 times the tea accompanied by aerobic exercise on reducing Body Mass Index (BMI) and cholesterol.

Educational Practice (PK) is a mandatory program for students of education study programs to prepare themselves to become professional teachers, but PK in the last two years has not been able to run properly due to the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of Educational Practices (EP) for Students of the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program (PEHR) during the Covid Pandemic Period. The steps of data collection techniques include efforts to limit research, collect information through observation, interviews, both structured and unstructured. The study used the CIPP method. Context: 1) Program Background got an average score of 3.44; 2) Coaching gets an average score of 3.53; and 3) The objective of the Coaching Program is to get an average score of 3.61, all three of which are in the Good category. Inputs: 1) Qualifications of Civil Service Teachers with an average score of 3.63; 2) EP students have an average score of 3.48; 3) Facilities and infrastructure with an average score of 3.59; 4) Support from parents with an average score of 3.72, all four of them were in a Good category. Meanwhile, indicator 5) Funding has an average value of 3.24 in the Fairly Good category. Process: 1) Implementation of School Programs with an average score of 3.47 in the Good category, and 2) Monitoring an average score of 3.38 in the Good category. Product: Achievement Indicators get an average score of 1.67 in the Bad category.
This study explores the decrease in mental toughness due to the frequency of seated synchronous online learning among BAPOMI DIY athletes. This study is a combined study of simultaneously embedded models, with quantitative methods as the primary method and qualitative methods as the secondary method. Fifty BAPOMI athletes from various sports statuses as students at DIY were recruited through purposive sampling with the consideration that they were implementing synchronous learning. This research also enrolled six coaches and trainers in BAPOMI DIY. Quantitative data was collected using a 1–5 scale questionnaire, and qualitative data using semi-structured interviews. Descriptive statistics analyze quantitative data, and qualitative data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the quantitative study show that the decrease in the mental strength of self-confidence of BAPOMI DIY athletes due to synchronous online learning is included in the high category. In the decline of mental toughness, fatigue is included in the moderate category. Decreased mental toughness is included in the high category. Decreased mental endurance motivation (training/competition) is included in the high category. Decreasing mental strength symptoms of depression are included in the high category. The results of this quantitative data are also in line with the statements of coaches and parents of students who stated that: during online learning, athletes are tired because there are more tasks, the interest in training is reduced compared to offline learning, less focus and less. from enthusiasm, tiredness from sitting in front of the laptop, and reduced concentration due to many lecture assignments. Athletes feel bored, are often late for practice, sometimes get permission to do college assignments, come, often ask for permission, decrease training motivation, decrease fitness, and don't look fit. It can be concluded that synchronous online learning takes too long and sits a lot that is not matched with regular physical activity among athletes, which can cause a decrease in mental toughness from various aspects at a high level. However, there is one aspect that is included in the level category low but still conditional. The role of the coach is becoming more and more critical because they can diligently control the physical and psychological development of the athlete.
