Berbicara mengenai manajemen keuangan perusahaan yang merupakan mata kuliah inti di bidang ilmu manajemen yang mengupas secara detil teori-teori yang ada dalam ilmu manajemen keuangan. Buku ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa serta mampu menambah khasanah keilmuan di bidang keuangan sehingga mampu melengkapi gambaran yang baik mengenai kondisi keuangan sebuah perusahaan.Buku ini di desain sangat komprehensif baik ditinjau dari sumber teori keuangan, kasus-kasus keuangan terkini dan latihan soal dengan disertai cara penyelesaian yang mudah dipahami. Buku ini memiliki 11 (Sebelas) Bab.Buku ini tentu masih memiliki kekurangan, baik dalam hal materi, sistematika, maupun penyajiannya. Based on the provisions of The Central Bank, All Indonesian banking institutions are obliged to report their performance to the financial services authority (FSA) and always adhere to the provisions of the law prevailing in the region of Indonesia. Therefore, all banking institutions will be assessed its performance by using CAMEL methods, including capital, assets, management, earnings and liquidity.By using a descriptive quantitative research method, this research employes 5 (five) aspects of banking assessment, for instance; capital ratios, we use CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio); earning ratios and assets quality, we employes KAP (earning assets) and PPAP (Allowance for Earning Assets); Special for management aspects we apply a survey to the general management and risk management officer; from the aspect of profitability, we utilise ROA (Return On Assets ratios) and ROA (Operating Expenses to Operating Income ratios); finally, the aspect of liquidity ratios, we use Cash Ratios and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratios).The result of 3 (three) years (2011 to 2013) assessments, we found that The BPR Buduran Delta Purnama has good banking performance (credit score more than 81 which the minimum score for good or bad banking performance). It is based on some benchmarks to determine the reliability of the bank after the assessment of each variable. We used a primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data in the form of financial statements balance sheet and income statement of PT. BPR Buduran Delta Purnama between 2011 to 2013.
The role of knowledge management (KM) in the existence of Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) has been an important aspect of entrepreneurship. However, to perform an SME may not merely rely on its knowledge but also on other aspects such as market orientation and product innovation. This study aims to contribute to the entrepreneurship literature in the context of emerging economies. This study can be classified as quantitative research by nature as the use of a survey to gather respondent data. About 211 samples of SMEs of the furniture cluster in East Java were obtained in this study. Thus, understanding that the focus on market orientation and innovation in SMEs has not fruitfully been exposed and explored enough in the context of emerging economies such as Indonesia. The result of this study indicated that KM is not a direct predictor of SME performance. This is an indication that the supremacy creation of SME performance could not depend heavily on KM but rather, other driving forces such as market orientation (MO) and product innovation (INNOV) are much more powerful drivers in crafting SME performances.
The purposes of this study are 1) To analyze the effect of perceived return on stock investment decision making. 2) To analyze the effect of financial literacy on stock investment decisions. 3) To analyze the effect of perceived returns and financial literacy on stock investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting questionnaire data and using purposive sampling technique. The sample used as many as 100 investors Capital market Community Surabaya and surrounding areas. The data analysis technique used is the inner model test, outer model test and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this study obtained based on the validity test of the questionnaire statement were declared valid. For the reliability test of the Cronbach alpha value of > 0.7, it is declared reliable. And to test the hypothesis based on the value of the inner weight on the Path Coefficients, it shows that tcount for variables X1 and X2 has a significant positive effect. The results of tcount for Perceived Return (X1) are 2,908 and financial literacy are 2.292.
The implementation of sustainable development is the responsibility of every level of society, one of which is the university as part of educational institutions in the community. In carrying out its business activities, the university is not only concerned with profit, but also concerned with environmental preservation and the surrounding community. So that sustainable development (sustainable development) can meet the essential needs of the present without having to sacrifice natural resources for future generations. This study aims to find out how the impact of the application of the University's Social Responsibility Implementation Through the Triple Bottom Line Concept to support Sustainable Universities and to find out how the Triple Bottom Line concept in the Universirt Social Responsibility to support sustainable development (Sustainable Development). This type of research is a qualitative approach. This study took place at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya and Muhammadiyah University Gresik. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis and interpretation is done by reducing data, presenting data, interpreting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are Muhammadiyah Universities in Sidoarjo, Surabaya and Gresik that have applied the triple bottom line concept in the implementation of university social responsibility (USR) activities in order to achieve sustainable development.
