The application of the waste bank is essentially a social engineering that encourages people to sort their waste. This study aims to analyze the management of the Waste Bank in Ampeldento Hamlet, Bagorejo Village, Gumukmas District, Jember Regency. In addition, this research will be implemented to analyze the social, economic and environmental impacts of waste banks in Ampeldento Hamlet, Bagorejo Village, Gumukmas District. The method using quantitative and qualitative. The implementation of data search activities was carried out by field observations and extensive interviews with informants. The analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive form in the form of tables and narrative views. The results of this study benefit from the management of community waste banks. The benefits of direct social impact are the Ampeldento Hamlet Garbage Bank urging residents to dispose of waste on their behalf, recommendations for disposing of waste in its place, and increasing waste bank customers, in addition to the impact on the environment, namely reducing waste generation in Ampeldento Hamlet. This creates a clean and this healthy environment and beneficial to the economy, namely where people have waste savings in the form of income that can be used to pay taxes, electricity, or buy groceries.
ABSTRAKKetersediaan fasilitas layanan di Puskesmas Wono Ayu Sidoarja masih terbatas seperti belum adanya disply yang baik dan jelas tentang informasi tatacara pemeriksaan dan berobat mulai dari pendaftaran, syarat-2 yang diperlukan dan prosedur pemeriksaan, pengobatan sampai selesai. Kertersediaan faslitas ruang pemeriksaan/rawat jalan, ruang inap, ruang laboatorium, ruang apoteker baik jumlah, luas dan kebersihanya masih terbatas, hal ini yang menyebabkan layanan di Puskesmas kualitasntanya belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan fasilitas pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman kepada pasien yang datang di Puskesmas Wono Ayu Sidoarjo.Populasi penelitian adalah pasien yang berobat sebanyak 350 orang. Sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling hasil perhitungan diperoleh sebanyak 78 responden. Metode penelitian untuk memecahkan masalah menggunakanMacroergonomis Analysis and Design. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwausulan perbaikan prioritas untuk Puskesmas Wono Ayu adalah alternatif dua, yaitu perbaikan job description petugas kebersihan dan penambahan jumlah petugas kebersihan.Selain usulan perbaikan juga untuk dilakukan pengadaan display, menambah jumlah petugas kesehatan seperti dokter, perawat, apoteker serta bidan dan pelatihan bagi petugas kesehatan, dan perbaikan ventilasi udara dikamar rawat inap.Kata Kunci: Kebersihan Puskesmas, Macroergonomic analysis and design. ABSTRACTThe availability of service facilities at Puskesmas Wono Ayu Sidoarjo is still limited as there is no good and clear display of information on procedures for checking and treatment starting from registration, necessary requirements and examination procedures, treatment until completion. The availability of facilities in the outpatient / outpatient room, inpatient room, laboratory room, pharmacist room both in number, area and cleanliness is still limited, this causes the quality of service at the Puskesmas to be not maximal. The purpose of this study was to propose improvements in safe and comfortable service facilities for patients who came to the Wono Ayu Sidoarjo Health Center. The study population was 350 patients treated. Samples using purposive sampling technique results of calculations obtained as many as 78 respondents. Research methods to solve problems using Macroergonomic Analysis and Design. The results of the study can be concluded that the proposed priority improvement for Wono Ayu Public Health Center is the second alternative, namely the improvement of the job description of the cleaning staff and the increase in the number of janitors. In addition to the proposed improvements, it is also necessary to procure displays, increase the number of health workers such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists and midwives and training for health workers, and repair air vents in inpatient rooms.
AbstrakTerjadinya berbagai macam penyakit yang bersumber dari makanan menyebabkan masyarakat semakin sadar akan pentingnya mengkonsumsi makanan yang aman. Pengelolaan keamanan pangan harus dilakukan secara terintegrasi di sepanjang rantai pasok, agar tidak terjadi perubahan status pangan dari aman menjadi tidak aman. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengantisipasi perubahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan analisa risiko keamanan pangan pada rantai pasok agar dapat dirumuskan langkah- langkah strategis untuk meminimalisir risiko yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) melakukan identifikasi kegiatan-kegiatan pada rantai pasok yang mengandung risiko terhadap keamanan pangan, (2) melakukan pengukuran risiko keamanan pangan yang terjadi pada rantai pasok pangan, (3) mengetahui kegiatan pada rantai pasok yang paling berisiko terhadap keamanan pangan. Obyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah rantai pasok ikan segar di wilayah Kab Sidoarjo. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode risk FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 kegiatan yang berisiko pada sistem keamanan pangan, yaitu: (1) pemberian makanan pada ikan; (2) pengelolan sistem kebersihan kolam/ tambak; (3) proses memanen ikan; (4) cara pemilahan ikan; (5) cara penyimpanan ikan; (6) cara pemasaran ikan; (7) jenis kendaran yng digunakan untuk pengiriman ikan; (8) cara penyimpanan saat pengiriman ikan; (9) cara memindahkan ikan; (10) cara penangganan ikan yang tidak terjual; (11) cara penangganan ikan tidak layak jual. Dari 11 kegiatan berisiko tersebut, skor resiko tertinggi terdapat pada cara penyimpanan ikan, cara pemasaran ikan, jenis kendaraan yang digunakan untuk pengiriman ikan dan cara pengemasan ikan pada saat distribusi. AbstractThe occurrence of various diseases that are sourced from food cause the public increasingly aware of the importance of consuming safe foods. Food safety management must be integrated throughout the supply chain, in order to avoid the change of food status from safe to unsafe. Therefore, to anticipate the change, it is necessary to analyze food security risk in supply chain in order to formulate strategic steps to minimize the risk that happened. This research aims to (1) identify activities in supply chains that contain risks to food security, (2) measuring food safety risks that occur in the food supply chain, (3) to know the activities in the supply chain that are most at risk to food security. The research object used is fresh fish supply chain in Sidoarjo regency. Data processing is done by using risk method FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis). The results show that there are 11 activities that are at risk to food safety system, namely: (1) feeding on fish; (2) management of pond cleanliness system; (3) the process of harvesting fish; (4) how to sort fish; (5) how to store fish; (6) how to fish marketing; (7) type of vehicle used for fish delivery; (8) how to store when shipping fish; (9) how to move fish; (10) unsubscriptions of unsold fish; (11) the way a fish subscription is not worth selling. Of the 11 risk activities, the highest risk score is in the way of fish storage, the way of fish marketing, the type of vehicle used for fish delivery and the way of fish packaging at the time of distribution. Food security has an important role in human health. Food that is not guarded can be contaminated which has a negative impact on human health. The negative impact arose due to contamination originating from various places, starting from raw materials, processes, distribution etc. In other words, contamination can be sourced from all actors chained to the supply. For this reason, consumers must be able to choose foods that are safe for consumption. This study aims to determine the extent of consumer perceptions of aspects of food safety risk. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires and processed using one way statistics. The results of the study show that food safety is the main element that is considered in carrying out the food purchasing process.
