Physical education pedagogy serves as a carrier of physical education theory and practical activities and plays an important role in physical education. The reform and development of education are always related closely to the growth of scientific and technological development, and people’s physical education training methods are also undergoing subtle changes. The traditional single and formulaic training methods in the past have gradually turned to modern training methods with better interaction and visibility. All of this prompts people to have new requirements on sports training concepts and training modes. On this basis, teachers can conduct virtual teaching in a more interactive, more involved, and orderly manner in the virtual classroom. This paper constructs the implementation framework of VR basketball teaching auxiliary training, divides students into an experimental group and a control group and tests the physical fitness of students before and after the experiment. The students’ basic basketball skills were tested by using embedded intelligent sensors to recognize the students’ movements. The experimental results showed that after the test, the four basic basketball skills scores of the students in the experimental group were 68.78, 74.02, 73.13, and 72.34, respectively. The virtual reality basketball teaching system designed in this paper can effectively improve the basketball level of students.
Introduction: The unregulated development in the current life pattern has strengthened obesity among adolescents, and this problem is becoming more serious. Objective: Compare the impact of two exercise methods on the physical health of obese adolescents. Methods: 24 obese adolescents (12 females; BMI>30% ± 3%; age concentrated between 10 and 16 years) were selected and divided into group I and group II for a 4-week experimental study, and changes in physical fitness and function were recorded. Results: After four weeks of aerobic exercise control (group I), waist circumference, hip circumference, skinfold thickness, and abdominal fold thickness were significantly reduced in boys (p<0.05), and girls’ body shape indicators were significantly altered (p<0.05). After four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training (group II), the effects of weight, BMI, and body size were significant in boys and girls. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise can effectively improve the physical problems of obese adolescents. Under the same external conditions, the effect of aerobic exercise was shown to be more effective when combined with resistance training in the physical improvement of the analyzed group. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
At present, the relevant test data and training indicators of athletes during rehabilitation training lack screening and analysis, so it is impossible to establish a long-term longitudinal tracking research system and evaluation system. In order to improve the practical effect of sports rehabilitation activities, this paper successively introduces the matrix normal mixed model and the fuzzy clustering algorithm based on the K-L information entropy regularization and the matrix normal mixed model. Moreover, this paper uses the expectation maximization algorithm to estimate the parameters of the model, discusses the framework, key technologies and core services of the development platform, and conducts certain research on the related technologies of the three-tier architecture. At the same time, according to the actual needs of sports rehabilitation training, this paper designs the functions required for exercise detection and prescription formulation. In addition, this paper analyzes and designs the database structure involved in each subsystem. Finally, this paper designs experiments to verify the performance of the model constructed in this paper. The research results show that the performance of the model constructed in this paper meets the expectations of model construction, so it can be applied to practice.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
