Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hegemoni kekuasaan pada Festival Budaya Dongdang di Kabupaten Bogor. Terselenggaranya festival budaya tidak lepas dari peran Kepala Daerah setempat yaitu Bupati atau Wali Kota. Kebijakan yang melibatkan masyarakat luas dan sifatnya populis ini akan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap elektabilitas dan tingkat kepuasan publik. Para pemimpin daerah yang sukses melaksanakan festival budaya akan mendapatkan collateral effect pada popularitasnya. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Keberadaan Festival Budaya Dongdang menjadi penting karena mempunyai beberapa fungsi diantaranya, pelestarian budaya, ekspansi dan komersialisasi budaya, dan penggerak sektor kesenian dan ekonomi kreatif. Bentuk hegemoni yang dilakukan oleh Bupati Rahmat Yasin adalah bentuk dominasi, persetujuan, kepemimpinan intelektual dan moral. Hegemoni dalam bentuk dominasi yang dilakukan Rahmat Yasin adalah penekanan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh SKPD dan lainnya untuk wajib berpartisipasi dalam Festival Dongdang. Adapun tingkatan hegemoni yang dilakukan berada pada tingkatan hegemoni total. Masyarakat menunjukkan tingkat kesatuan moral dan intelektual yang kokoh, yang tampak dari hubungan organis pemerintah dan yang diperintah.
<p>The purpose of this research is to know the accuracy of idiom translation and strategies that are used by the translator in translating the idiom into Bahasa Indonesia. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis. After analyzing the results of accuracy of idiom translation from the three evaluators in the novel entitled The Sky is Falling, the researcher gets the conclusion that accuracy in “0” scale takes the highest position. There are three strategies used by the translator in translating idioms. They are paraphrase which marks 87%, borrowing the source language idioms with 6%, omission of entire idioms with 2%, using an idiom of similar meaning but dissimilar form with 5%.</p><p>Keywords: Accuracy, Idiom Translation, Novel entitled <em>The Sky is Falling</em>.</p>
Indonesian education so far has kept a problem that has not received the attention of all stakeholders, namely sexual violence that occurs to students. Victims are faced with the power relations of educational institutions whose reputation is tarnished because of cases of sexual violence. The existence of social media as a social driver is able to mobilize cases of sexual violence on Campus to become a national issue. This prompted the Ministry of Education and Culture to issue Ministerial Regulation no. 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in universities. This research focuses on critical discourse analysis of this Ministerial Regulation. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research type. To gain comprehensive power of qualitative research analysis, the research phase requires the power of reason which is the source of analytical ability (Arikunto, 2010). The scalpel uses the critical discourse analysis technique of Norman Fairclough's model. The main study is focused on microstructural (text), mesostructure (discourse practices), and macrostructural (sociocultural practices) data. The study results are, first, this regulation is motivated by the phenomenon of the iceberg of sexual violence in the university environment. The government feels the need to provide legal certainty to perpetrators and victims. Second, in this regulation, the government uses educational narratives, prevention, and handling, protecting whistleblowers, and restoring victims' rights. Third, this regulation impacts the social life of the community through various responses.
Children with mental retardation are those who experience disturbances in cognitive aspects. This will affect the process of acquisition and production of speech. This study aims to describe the forms of words and sentences that can be uttered by mentally retarded children, especially Down Syndrome, and the influence of the family environment on the development of their speech production. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The focus of this research is how Down Syndrome children produce words and sentences. In addition, this study also looks at family environmental factor that can affect the process of producing words and sentences. This research was conducted on children with Down Syndrome aged 8 years at SLB Mekar Sari 1 Cibinong. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and literature studies. Then, the data obtained are subjected to a reduction, presentation, and verification process. This study produced several findings; First, children with Down Syndrome at the grade 1 level (8 years) have not been able to produce many complete words. Second, they still need stimulation so that they are able to say simple words or sentences with the SPO (Subject, Predicate and Object) pattern.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis G-Edu (Google for Education) secara mendalam baik dari layanan, aplikasi, program, hingga pemanfaatannya sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran berbasis digital yang sangat dibutuhkan terutama dimasa pandemi saat ini. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif di mana proses pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan pemaparan pada hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan G-Edu memberikan dukungan pada, 1) media pembelajaran, 2) sumber pembelajaran, dan 3) mitra pengembangan diri guru.
