Web 2.0 tools offer both corporate training and online education in general the possibility of developing and applying new educational approaches. Its eminently social and participative orientation favors networking and aids the establishment of informal teaching-learning processes. This way of working and of learning can be channeled in organizations through 2.0 corporate training systems.
