Since Costello et al. proposed the concept of pseudocapsule of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) in 1936, many studies have been published on its occurrence, development process, histopathology, and morphology. Pseudocapsule has been proposed as the anatomical interface between PitNETs and normal pituitary gland, therefore the so-called pseudocapsule-based extracapsular resection (ER) technique was developed as an extracapsular surgery method for PitNETs,which differs from the conventional intracapsular resection (IR). In recent years, ER has also been widely used in patients of different tumor types, sizes, and age groups, because the pseudocapsule can be identified more clearly under the endoscopy. Endoscopic transsphenoidal resection for PitNETs has become the preferred surgical method. We reviewed relevant literatures in the past 10 years, showing that ER could achieve better rate of gross total resection (GTR) and biochemical remission, and reduce tumor recurrence than IR, without increasing postoperative complications. Therefore, the pseudocapsule and ER should be valued by neurosurgeons and actively promoted clinically.

The control method has established non affected areas of emergency material sending and receiving points between the affected areas of emergency materials distribution network, distribution scheme decision and preliminary analysis on emergency materials distribution center, warehouse storage to do regular checks. In the disaster areas of much-needed supplies to the shortest possible time delivery to the disaster area, improve the distribution efficiency, reduce the losses caused by disasters, but also ensure the material distribution in an orderly manner, avoid the invalid distribution.
Smart Home is an emerging interdisciplinary subject, which has already enjoyed flourish development all over the world and has become the mainstream of the development of the construction industry in the 21st century. In this paper, through the design of smart home which mainly uses embedded microcontroller design, this vast world of smart home is introduced to everyone, so that they can pay more attention to smart home. Design the embedded system which takes ARM as the core through the model of host - subsystem, through RS485 bus management and control of the control terminal, and process, automatic control and regulation is conducted. The three subsystems of home security, appliance control, family MRs are also used to design home by use of embedded system. The design of smart home control system can make family life more comfortable and convenient, more economic and security, and take a firm step in order to meet the demands of people of safety, comfort, convenience as well as confirm to the green environmental protection.
This paper aims at one of key technologies in digital television development ---intelligent personalized recommendation technology of digital TV programs for study. This paper proposes to take advantage of ample TV-Anytime to describe metadata so as to perform specific plans of guide service for TV programs based on TV-Anytime metadata specification. It combines technology such as data mining and artificial intelligence etc with a view of building a personalized TV program recommendation system on the framework of the multi-agent. Besides, a hybrid algorithm with content filtering and collaborative filtering based on the systematical recommendation algorithm has been put forward. In order to overcome the deficiencies of traditional collaborative filtering algorithm which relies on users explicit evaluation, the paper represents an improved algorithm with the footing of content collaborative filtering.
