An aircraft cable fault location method based on detection model is proposed to solve the problem of being difficult to inspect the fault for the civil aviation maintenance. In response to the condition of the experimental installation, the reference signal is designed. The fault of the cable can be located according to the reflected waveform. An aircraft cable fault location system is designed and the experimental results show that the method is rational and effective.
The selection principle and the arrangement demand of the aircraft cable are proposed to solve the problem of being difficult to lay the cable. Because the cable network is subject to the electromagnetic interference of the electronic and electrical equipments in the aircraft inevitably, the measuring and testing technique of the line-to-line electromagnetic coupling is studied, and the method of the electromagnetic interference suppression is obtained.
The engine is the core part of an airplane and its wire performance has a direct important impact on the safety. The detection of the engine wire fault costs much time and effort in the maintenance nowadays. Based on that, the technical data are well determined in the database of the fault diagnosis on airplane engine wire is presented in this paper. And furthermore, the function and operation of the database are given too. The time can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved significantly in maintenance by utilizing the database presented in this paper.
Because that the wear of the machine cutting tool of the aeroplane composite material processing is difficult to be monitored, in this paper a monitoring method based on the cellular neural networks by the computer vision monitoring is proposed. The method uses the median filtering technology and the cellular neural networks for the image denoising and the edge detection. Then the degree of the tool wear is judged by calculating the wear characteristic value of the cutting tool. The experimental results show that the system is rational and effective.
