Water supply system is a complex system. Aimed at the puzzle of being very heavy in energy consumption of system control and being not better in water supply quality resulted from being inappropriate in control strategy, The paper researched on the energy conservation strategy and control mechanism of water supply system. It discussed the cybernetics characteristic of water supply process, proposed the intelligence based fusion control strategy and the energy conservation executing strategy, and analyzed the control model of water supply purifying process and the control algorithm of constant pressure control system. Based on the comparative study of simulation experiment, the display of response curve demonstrated that the intelligence based control strategy would be better than conventional PID control method. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy combined intelligence based fusion control with speed control by frequency variation has better application prospect in water supply system.
In order to solve the puzzle that the change of a loop circuit parameter results in operation parameters change of other loop circuit in the control system, the paper proposed a sort of decoupling control algorithm of online self-tuning based on DRNN. In the paper, it took the temperature and humidity control of a certain controlled object as an example, constructed the mathematic model, analyzed the coupling relationship among the system variable, designed the decoupling network. It transforms the multi-variable control system with coupling relationship as the independent single-variable control system so as to eliminate the effect among related control channels. Based on decoupling algorithm of DRNN proposed in this paper, it made the research on system simulation experiment, and the response of system simulation demonstrated that it is very small to the effect of two channels of temperature and humidity control after through decoupling, and realized the decoupling among coupling variables. The results of simulation research show that the proposed decoupling control algorithm is feasible and reasonable.
Aimed at the puzzle of data integration share resulted from its diversity and privacy of protocols in the monitoring system for gas stations in China, the paper designed a monitoring system of gas stations in retail network for oil products. Based on the embedded dynamic Web, it constructed the system frame, built the software system structure, researched the protocol conversion among the forecourt equipments and the module of IFSF, designed message transmission module of IFSF protocol on TCP/IP based on Ethernet, and realized the integrated management between gas stations equipment and system monitoring. The basic experiments based on embedded dynamic Web were made, and it could complete telnet monitoring, parameter configuration, data auto-transmission and auto-upload as well as management of gas stations information. The actual experiment demonstrates its rationality and feasibility of the proposed solution.
