The current research on workplace spirituality effect is mainly carried out in the west, lacking evidence of China background and attention to university teachers, although the groups are called soul engineer in China. In order to test the effect of workplace spirituality on employee engagement of Chinese university teachers, this study collected 239 samples by convenient sampling. The results of structural equation model test showed that the workplace spirituality of university teachers had a positive impact on their engagement, in which professional commitment played a partly mediating role. The results suggest that universities should strengthen their spirituality construction through various strategies.
Professional technical employees are the core staff to maintain the normal operation of the organization and the backbone of the workforce. Their levels of innovation influence and restrict the overall innovation performance levels of the corporation to a large extent. Therefore, it is of vital importance to explore and develop the innovation performance of the professional technical employees. The research, combining the theories of psychological capital, is aimed at examining the effect of psychological capital on innovation performance of the professional technical employees through the angle of knowledge sharing. Based on the hierarchical regression analysis of 347 questionnaires, the study finds that the psychological capital of the employees has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance. Meanwhile, knowledge sharing plays a completely mediating role. The corporation should lay emphasis on the psychological capital and create an atmosphere of learning organization, so as to improve and enhance the innovation performance of employees.
Abstract-The public hospital is the main medical institutions in China, and the medical staff is the key part of the hospital, so effectively mobilizing the enthusiasm of the medical staff has a major impact on enhancing the dominant status of the public hospitals. In recent years, with the gradual progress of China's medical reform, the demand for doctors and nurses is gradually increasing. However, the reality is becoming more and more severe. Therefore, it is of vital importance to explore and develop the theory of career burnout of the hospital staff in China. Based on the hierarchical regression analysis of 327 questionnaires, the study finds that career burnout has a positive effect on the turnover intension and a significant negative effect on the organizational commitment. Public hospitals should decrease the career burnout of the hospital staff so as to retain employees and hence their organizational commitment.
The study aims to explore how the superior support affects the behaviors of technology innovatorsin biological agricultural industry. Using 250 samples from biological agricultural industries, a hierarchical regression analysis is developed to examine the relationship. The research results show that the superior support has significant negative correlation with organizational silence and the superior support has significant positive correlation with innovative performance of technology innovators.
