Agricultural total factor productivity (TFP) provides a measure of the efficiency of agricultural production, allowing for comparisons across time, countries and regions. Agricultural environmental total factor productivity not only considers the desired output, but also takes resource efficiency and environment friendliness into account. Using the Data Envelopment Analysis with slack-based measure (DEA-SBM) super-efficiency model, this research measures the agricultural environmental total factor productivity (ETFP) of 30 provincial regions in China. Based on the measurements, the spatial autoregressive (SAR) model and estimation method were used to empirically test the effects on the agricultural ETFP for the urban-rural income gap. The results indicated that from 2001 to 2017, agricultural ETFP in China grew at an average annual rate of 4.3%, and the technological progress and technical efficiency after decomposition increased by 3.6% and 5.9% respectively. The findings indicated that the agricultural ETFP growth has not only failed in narrowing urban-rural income gap, but further widened it. Changes in industrial structure, upgrades in market demand and increases in human capital have instigated the ever alarming urban-rural income gap. Indeed, the economic acceleration has a restraining effect on the urban-rural income gap.
Effective crowdfunding platforms positively contribute toward improving microgrid energy management systems. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis is required to understand the key factors responsible for success in crowdfunding systems by considering various criteria. This study evaluates crowdfunding platforms for microgrid project investments. In this context, a novel fuzzy decision-making model that includes two different stages is proposed. First, the selected criteria for the crowdfunding platforms for microgrid project investments are evaluated. Second, alternatives, regarding the microgrid project investments, are ranked. In this process, a multi-stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (M-SWARA) approach based on q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs) is considered. Intuitionistic and Pythagorean fuzzy sets are also used in the calculation process to make a comparative evaluation. Similarly, a sensitivity analysis of the ranking alternatives is also conducted with 12 different q values. All the results are rather similar; thus, the findings are reliable. Another model is also created for this purpose with the help of the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution methodologies to check the performance of the proposed model. It is defined that by considering the q-ROF DEMATEL weights, the ranking results vary for different cases. The proposed model with a M-SWARA is more reliable than the model created via the DEMATEL method. This situation provides information regarding the superiority of the model proposed in this study. It is concluded that security is the most important factor in crowdfunding platforms for smart-grid project investors. Additionally, solar panels and energy storage systems/batteries are the most significant alternatives for microgrid project investors. Necessary measures should be taken to forestall the risk of fraud that may occur on this platform. Therefore, the website to be established must be secure against possible hacking attacks. Another important conclusion of this study is that solar panels should be preliminarily developed to increase the effectiveness of microgrid systems.
A Tobit analysis is applied to estimate Japanese peanut imports under quota restrictions for the period 1973–1988, and to assess the bias when the presence of quota is ignored by using OLS estimation. The results show that biased estimates are obtained by using OLS in the presence of quota restrictions.
The improvement of agricultural production efficiency and the transformation of production mode are the core of promoting agricultural modernization. Taking Chongqing as a sample case, this paper uses DEA-CCR Model, Malmquist Index and Tobit Model to calculate and analyze its agricultural production efficiency and its influencing factors, and accurately identifies the problems existing in its agricultural transformation and development. It has an important policy reference value for improving agricultural innovation and competitiveness, promoting the steady development of rural revitalization, and realizing agricultural modernization, which also provides some reference and enlightenment for countries or regions with similar characteristics of mountain agriculture development in the world to enhance regional agricultural production efficiency. Through empirical analysis and investigation, it is found that the overall agricultural production efficiency of Chongqing remains at the productivity level of 0.8 from 2009 to 2018, with an average annual growth rate of 12.8%, but there is a large gap in the level of regional development. Through Malmquist Index decomposition, it is found that agricultural technology progress has the greatest contribution to the improvement of production efficiency. Financial support for agriculture, urbanization level, regional economic development level and highway mileage have a significant positive impact on production efficiency, while the level of farmers’ disposable income has a negative impact on the increase of production efficiency, and the income gap between urban and rural residents fails to pass the significance test.
The reform can better improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurial skills and comprehensively improve the innovation and entrepreneurial competitiveness of college students, which is conducive to their survival and development in the market. Therefore, this paper analyzes the data generated in the educational process from the perspective of educational data mining and studies students’ entrepreneurial interests and motivations so as to improve the quality of students’ entrepreneurial guidance. The knowledge map, an important visualization tool in personalized learning systems, is used as a research object to analyze students’ online evaluation data. We develop a prototype system for improving teaching quality—a knowledge map generation and knowledge point recommendation path analysis system. We hope to further explore new ways and methods to promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, giving full play to the proper role and value of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
