The purpose is to conform to the development of the times and study a new way of urban community network governance. First, the ways of governance, social governance, urban community governance, and urban community network governance are discussed. Next, the intelligent sensor function of Internet of things (IoT) technology is applied to realize the communication between IoT and urban community network governance. An urban community network governance system based on an intelligent sensor network is established. The system combines Kalman filtering to realize the dynamic monitoring of the mobile Application (APP) of the urban community residents and can update and process the collected information in real time. Finally, a survey is conducted on the satisfaction of residents of a community in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, in 2019 on community network governance under the IoT. The efficiency and ability of urban community network governance under different network modes are compared and analyzed. The results show that the community has improved the needs of community residents through IoT network governance in multiple aspects, but the community service level of culture is not high. The community needs to strengthen the network publicity of community culture to improve the cultural level of the community. Meanwhile, in urban community governance, the comprehensive governance ability of the network governance model under network organization management is the highest, with an average of 50.93%. It shows that the established system is beneficial to the construction of urban community network governance. This exploration provides the direction for the IoT urban community network governance and constructs the urban community network governance system based on the intelligent sensor network.
In order to create an information construction road suitable for its own development faster and better, this paper has established a smart campus through new technologies such as big data. By increasing the application of data, cloud computing, and internet of things technologies, colleges and universities have improved their ability to comprehensively collect and efficiently process information. Combined with big data, cloud computing, and internet of things technology, this paper analyzes the construction of smart campus in colleges and universities. Finally, it summarizes the integration of big data, cloud computing, and internet of things technologies in the construction of smart campus in colleges and universities. The construction of intelligent campus card in colleges and universities can not only give full play to the advantages of campus network, but also use a card instead of various certificates of teachers and students in various consumption places on campus. In the future, with the sustainable development of information technology, smart campus will occupy a higher proportion in school management. The university must constantly improve the application level of big data and cloud computing technology in the smart campus. Therefore, in the new era, major universities should deeply understand the importance of smart campus construction and improve the application efficiency of advanced technology.
With the development of Internet technology, multisource big data can collect and analyze information so as to provide people with a good vision. In the process of governance, local governments will have problems of incomplete information. With the development of big data, multisource and big data will have advanced nature. Therefore, based on multisource big data, this paper analyzes the multisource big data algorithm in detail and establishes a local government governance model based on multisource big data. Then, the proposed model is applied to the local government governance process of Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, and Tianjin, and the local governance situation of each city is compared and analyzed so as to provide some reference for the optimization of the local government governance path. The experimental results show that the local governance model based on multisource big data can optimize the local government governance path and point out the direction for the local government governance path.
