Morphology and composition of one-dimensional alloyed InxAl1−xN nanostructures are regulated by tuning the vapour pressure ratio of InCl3 to AlCl3 during chemical vapour deposition.
Higher education institutions, as the complex organizations that create and deliver knowledge through teaching, learning, and research have naturally become a part of the current globalization and digitalization. Due to the rapid change in the external environment of higher education, it has met lots of difficulties and challenges from the management to the finance system. One of the key challenges for higher education institutions is adapting to global digitalization—a key to internationalization. Internationalization of higher education is one of the critical trends of development that has an effective influence to achieve competitiveness and create opportunities for high performance and quality education in universities. To handle the challenge of global digitalization and digital transformation, the notion of digital leadership has been put forward. This chapter aims to elaborate on digital gaps and higher education leadership policies to close the gaps through the global digitalization process and the strategies to overcome the inherent challenges.
