A new 6-RSPS simulator platform mechanism is proposed compared with the traditional 6-SPS mechanism. It is more verisimilar when simulating a vehicle’s turning because it can realize unlimited rotation around Z axis so as to avoid the washout algorithm in the direction of Z axis. The kinematics model is established by the rod length vector relationship. The BFS algorithm is applied to calculate the direct kinematics of 6-RSPS mechanism, and the precise direct kinematics solution can be obtained in the condition that the number of iterations decreases. Through the direct kinematics of 6-RSPS with the reverse kinematics solution to find that the rod length errors and the rotary angle errors are all controlled below 1.1 percent.
Through composition designing, smelting, TMCP and normalizing on EH40 in laboratory, then mechanical properties are detected respectively in tensile and impact test, the results are dawn as follow. The yield strength, tensile strength, reduction of area, percentage elongation and impact toughness of EH40 samples, which are not normalized, reach the national standards. Yield strength and tensile strength of the normalizing samples are lower than the national standards, but the impact toughness decreases greatly. The research on EH40 reaches its goals, but the normalization process needs improvement in this test.
H.264/AVC standard uses rate-distortion optimization framework with heavy calculation and full search algorithm to select the best mode of each macroblock. Besides, 8×8 luma block prediction is added to high profile, which makes the search algorithm process more complicated. In order to reduce the amount of calculation, a filter method based on image texture feature and image complexity is adopted in this paper. Experiment results show that the new algorithm achieves an average saving of 43%-57% in encoding time ,with negligible effect on bitrate and PSNR.
This paper proposes a scheme of H.264 high-definition encoder/transcoder . The system is based on ASIC. Application-specific high-definition encoding/transcoding chip, software control module, HDMI interface, analog video/audio input interface and ASI input/output interface ,etc. are discussed in detail in this paper. The system also provides the Ethernet interface, which is used for real-time monitoring of coding/transcoding system . The proposed scheme with the property of good real-time and low cost accord with the need of high-definition digital TV front-end system.
In the demand of compounding transmission with SD and HD programs, based on analyzing two kind of multiplexing models’ characteristic with monopolizing buffer and sharing buffer, it proposes a kind of highly effective multiplexing strategy for multi-channel MPEG-2/AVS real-time stream. As is indicated by theoretical derivation and simulated result, this strategy can multiplex the greatest data quantity, without transmitting loss and with the least resource, thus is more advantageous in raising channel utilization.
