Teaching research activities (TRA) in China are practical and reflective research of teachers on teaching. These required activities are meant to ensure quality education and facilitate the professional development of teachers. However, in TRA, teachers encounter many challenges such as low efficiency and weak team collaboration. These problems make it hard to achieve the expected outcomes. W Primary School reformed its activities using Change Laboratory, a formative intervention approach to workplace learning and development based on activity theory. The data collected included seven recorded meetings in the Change Laboratory. The conversations in the meetings were then transcribed into texts. A deductive method of content analysis was used to code the data, focusing on categorizing comments of teachers about the transformative agency. The findings showed the following: (1) There were five types of transformative agencies, namely, resisting, criticizing, explicating, envisioning, and committing to actions. Resisting and criticizing were represented less frequently, and taking action did not emerge as a type of transformative agency. (2) The comments about transformative agency about tools were more frequent than comments about other elements in the activity system. (3) There were some differences in the expression of transformative agency across participants. At the end of this study, the implications for the development of TRA are discussed.
Following rapid infrastructure development and industrialization, the problems of water pollution and water shortage have become more severe. Whether there is safe drinking water in cities has attracted wide attention. The ecological risk management of drinking water project is an important means of ensuring the safety of a drinking water source. Based on ecological risk assessment and management theories, this paper establishes an ecological risk management model and assessment system with the aim of providing theoretical guidance and scientific basis for formulating a policy on the safety and protection of drinking water sources in a city. Kunming is one of the cities plagued by severe water shortage in China. Its ecological risk management of drinking water has attracted the attention of both the local government and the public. Using Kunming as the case study, this paper conducts a comparative analysis and assessment on three major reservoirs that face ecological risks. It highlights the existing problems and gives helpful suggestions.
In this paper, the random matrix big data analysis model is thoroughly studied and constructed, the ecological model of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education is analyzed, and the optimization model of college students’ Innovation and entrepreneurship education environmental model based on the random matrix big data analysis model is designed. This paper briefly explains the random matrix and its M-P rate theory deduces the idea of feature extraction by the difference of eigenvalue limit spectrum distribution between different nonrandom matrices and random matrices, gives the data matrix representation method of FEMPL and the specific feature composition basis, and describes the steps of FEMPL feature extraction. A performance model for predicting the running time of Hadoop jobs is constructed using a random matrix. In this paper, innovation and entrepreneurship education has been carried out gradually, and the innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum, platform, and mechanism have been progressively established. However, there is still a gap between the proper level of innovation and entrepreneurship education development. This study takes education ecology as the research perspective, analyzes the ecosystem of typical schools of innovation and entrepreneurship education, summarizes the dimensions and parameters of the invention and entrepreneurship education ecosystem, constructs an ecological model of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, and analyzes the problems and causes of the current innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology for college students based on the model, to propose specific strategies to promote the ecological development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
