A general framework of hydraulic fault diagnosis system was studied. It consisted of equipment knowledge bases, databases, fusion reasoning, knowledge acquisition and so on. The tree-structure model of the fault knowledge was established based on fault hierarchy and logicality. Fault nodes knowledge was encapsulated by object-oriented technique. Complete knowledge bases were made including fault bases and diagnosis bases. It could describe the fault positions, system structure, cause-symptom relationships, diagnosis principles and other knowledge. The results show that the methods are effective.
The model suitable to the fault test and diagnosis of hydraulic system of certain engineering equipment is described. The corresponding hardware and software platforms are developed, which can realize data acquisition, processing and fault diagnosis. Based on the multi-thread and multi-panel control technology, the parallel processing and order execution of tasks are achieved. The channel configuration files and system parameter configuration files are made, which can implement automatic signal acquisition. The corresponding remote test and diagnosis system is build based on C/S mode.
The remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance is one of the most important criteria
for evaluating a product or a service. This paper focuses on the large asphalt mixing plant, an
internet/intranet technology-based Browser/Server structure model of remote intelligent
maintenance system for asphalt mixing plant is designed. The critical technologies of realizing the
system which include the fieldbus-based data collection technology, the database technology, the
intelligent fault diagnosis technology as well as the ASP technology are deeply studied respectively.
The remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance system will well provide an effective and
efficient activity that meets the customers’ requirements and satisfaction.
A new process was proposed. The disadvantage of of using brown alumina grinding wheel to grinding and lapping surface was studied in the analysis. The diamond facing tool was designed and manufactured with the solution of the key technique of the critical technical of single crystal diamond’s material selecting, grinding, welding. The face cutting parameters: “V”, “f” and “ap” were measured by experiment and academic analysis. Tt can fully meet the quality requirements of stainless steel valve flap’s surface used by one valve machinery factory; meanwhile the productivity was increased by a factor of 15, with overcoming the disadvatange of grinding and lapping valve flap’s surface.
By doping two potassium atoms among three C 20 F 20 cages, peanut-shaped single molecular solvated dielectron C 20 F 20 @K@C 20 F 20 @K@C 20 F 20 as new type of spin molecular switches was theoretically presented. The triplet structure with two single-excess-electrons individually inside left and middle cages is thermodynamically more stable than the singlet one with lone pair of excess electrons inside middle cage. It is found that applying an oriented external electric field (OEEF) of 111 × 10-4 au (0.5705 V/Å) or-120 × 10-4 au (-0.6168 V/Å) in the x-axis direction firstly and then releasing it, the field-free triplet C 20 F 20 @K@C 20 F 20 @K@C 20 F 20 with two single-excess-electrons can change into singlet one with lone pair of excess electrons through a singlet one with lone pair of excess electrons inside the end cage. Different spin states can bring significantly different dipole moment component values and considerable different intensities of maxumum wavelengths in intense absorption band. Therefore,
