The design of high safety and reliability slat flap control computer (SFCC) has become the main objective of flight control development. Firstly, the design requirements proposed. Secondly, the design of foreign advanced civil aircraft flap slat computers is summarized. Based on one type of aircraft SFCC design, the operation mode, redundancy management, synchronization, and monitoring design of the SFCC are analyzed in detail, and a design scheme of civil aircraft SFCC, which meets the requirements of safety and reliability, is proposed. Based on SFC real-time test environment, the SFCC design logic is verified. Taking the design and test of the flap motor direction error monitoring as an example, the test results show that the scheme design is reasonable and feasible, and the reliability of the flap slat computer is effectively improved.
