Career intentions of employees reflect the organizational effectiveness and dynamism within the organization. To address the gap on the measure of career intentions, a questionnaire was developed and psychometrically tested. The items were generated based on the literature and interview with HR Heads and officers from the target organization. The content validity was established through the review of experts. While the internal reliability, construct and convergent validity was assessed using the confirmatory factor analysis.
