Two systems of milking machines were considered - biotechnical and vacuum. Methodology for estimation of efficiency of the "machine-animal" biotechnical system was worked out. The dependences of the efficiency parameters of the technical system operation were analyzed. The KMMO operator load factor of the milking machine was proposed. The factor characterizes the technological process of the machine milking. The analytical dependences were worked out for the simulation of the productivity of milking machines and oscillation of the vacuum-gage pressure. As to the simulation results, when the vacuum pipeline diameter was increased the oscillation of the vacuum-gage pressure decreased. The results of analysis and theoretical researches on technological process of the cow machine milking gave a possibility to define the requirements to the improvement of technological process and technical equipment, which will provide the increase of efficiency of the milking systems. Usage of the developed cyber-physical system of the machine milking of cows will increase the productivity of the milking machine in 1.26…1.85 times. At the vacuum gage pressure oscillation of ΔPvp = 2500 Pa the suction ability of milking machine will be E=4.093 m/s accordingly. The defined index of efficiency of the adapted systems functioning of the milking machine is KBTS2 = 55.3.
The article analyzes the competitiveness, its assessment and impact on the choice of strategic management in the context of sustainable development. It is determined that a country's competitiveness is a set of characteristics inherent in the national economy that determine a country's ability to compete with other countries. It is proved that an important direction of sustainable development is the formation of a competitive economy, finding out the impact of its various factors on the social, economic and environmental components. The international competitiveness assessment, namely the global competitiveness index, is considered. Ukraine's place in the global competitiveness rating has been determined. The fluctuations of the rating position of Ukraine for the period 2013-2019 are analyzed. Factors that influenced the fluctuations of the rating position during this period have been identified. The importance of competitiveness for the country is determined and national competitiveness is discussed. The main indicators of competitiveness are given. The need to calculate the country's competitiveness growth index (GCI) and develop an economic development strategy has been revealed. It is proved that the level of competitiveness of the country affects its economic development. The dependence between indicators (factors) of influence on the index of growth of competitiveness of the country and size of the general index of competitiveness is constructed. This approach allows the application of elements of strategic management in the consideration of each component of the competitiveness index: basic conditions, efficiency enhancers and conditions of innovation. It is concluded that strategic decisions on the prospects of economic development of the country for 5-8 years are the basis for the formation of sustainable development. And this, in turn, determines the direction of strategic decisions, which are based on the analysis of competitiveness.
The article analyzes the interactions between government regulation and the formation of business processes of the enterprise in the context of sustainable development. Sustainable development is one of the biggest problems in the modern world. The article considers the system of regulation of sustainable development, interaction at different levels of government in the context of sustainable development. It is determined that an important component is the institutional changes, the use of appropriate methods and tools of state influence, aimed at developing the entire system of state regulation of sustainable development. Particular importance is attached to the study of the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in organizations. The need for effective functioning of the state mechanism is revealed. Statistical indicators of Ukraine's development are presented. The influence of the concept of sustainable development on the business processes of the enterprise is investigated. It is proved that the implementation of the concept of sustainable development effectively affects the business processes of the enterprise. The results of the study of the structure of the mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development showed that it is based on the target, regulatory, organizational, economic and information components, which is carried out using an internal system of levers, methods and rules. The effective functioning of the state mechanism, the regulation of which is quite diverse, plays an extremely important role for enterprises and organizations that adhere to the principles of sustainable development in the system of business process formation. The article also analyzes statistical indicators such as profitability of operating activities of enterprises, GDP per capita, population, capital investment in environmental protection, current expenditures on environmental protection, emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere from stationary sources of pollution. In particular, the presence of coincidence of the dynamics of changes in these indicators was determined. This is the basis for determining the relationships and conducting more detailed research between business processes, government regulation and sustainable development.
