Although a variety of blood vessel detection algorithms have been developed, they are not suitable for clinical routine application. First, filtering used in these methods will definetely change the information of blood vessels in the original images; second, these methods can not give reports automatically, interactive measuring methods will make routine work tedious. In this paper, a automatic method to track, measure retinal blood vessels will be described. The method includes three stages: labeling, tracking, measuring blood vessels.
