Considering the involving stakeholders in public rental housing construction under the CCIT model, which is the basics of constructing the financial structure and analysing the main body involved in the risk, and then construct the assessment system. This paper proposes a model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey clustering risk assessment method. Firstly by analyzing the clustering index in the financing mode of risk subject, we can quantify the weight of indicators of every layers, and then using the gray clustering to get clustering analysis, drawing the value at risk ,finally , this article quantitatively analyses the CCIT mode in public rental housing construction in the use of the degree of risk..
For large construction engineering, to perform safety pre-warming more efficiently, scenario analysis method (SAM) is studied for safety pre-warming of large construction engineering (SPLCE). Implement flow framework of SAM is established, the key cycles of SAM are discussed. To validate the validity of SAM for SPLCE, some practical instances of SPLCE are abstracted so as to generated application and testing sample. Comparing with whole index evaluating method (WIEM), under the condition of considering only limited key driven forces and some normal indexes, the result by SAM are almost the same with that by WIEM. SAM improves the efficiency of SPLCE, and it is fit for solving complex predicting, analyzing and evaluating problems such as SPLCE.
For enhancing energy-saving for construction engineering project, energy-saving oriented matrix management mode (ESOMMM) is proposed. The frame of the ESOMMM in engineering project is established from two dimensions (basic stage and key content). Under the precondition that the key contents are implemented, the key energy-saving techniques are respectively studied from planning, building, rebuilding and usage stage. And the coordination optimization model for key techniques under ESOMMM is established to solve conflict among varied key techniques. The energy-saving achievement after application is analyzed by applying ESOMMM, its key techniques, and the coordination optimization model in Shenyang city. The result shows that above mode, key techniques and model in engineering project will be benefit for enhancing the energy-saving greatly.
This paper studies the relational degree of the indemnificatory housing and regional real estate market and proposes suggestions about the construction of the indemnificatory housing under the background of expedited indemnificatory housing. By taking Liaoning as the study example, this paper adopts error correction model (ECM) and studies the relational degree and influence of the indemnificatory housing and the real estate market through empirical analysis of the historical data of the Liaoning real estate market, and proposes some proper countermeasures and suggestions.

By calculating the weight of each risk attributes to reflect the degree of influence of different decision makers and risks on the results,and to deduce the degree of similarity and diversity of each decision makers. It introduces the concept of entropy to calculate the weight of each risk attributes, infer the integrated decision-making value of very risk factors, and arrange every risk in order. Finally, it identifies the feasibility. Introduction Commercial real estates are real estates for commercial purposes classified according to use. They include retail shops, supermarkets, community business, commercial plazas, shopping malls and so on. Compared with residential real estate, commercial real estate has larger profits. However, high profits always accompanied with high risk. Developers can obtain the value of compensation and benefits after sold residential real estate, while the payback periods of commercial real estates are longer, even extended to the entire project duration, and are affected by various factors. The risks of commercial real estate including policy risk, funding risk, operational risk, urban planning risk, technology risk, natural risk, market supply and demand risk, capital risk and so on. Previous studies based mainly on qualitative research[1-3], but quantitative analysis of risk identification is less. Based on this, this paper proposes a method of multiple attribute group decision.
