Covid-19 Pandemic has changed all sectors, one of which is the system in education. Teachers and students are required to learn from home through online learning, it affects the mathematical resilience of students. This research is motivated by the number of findings of decreased student resilience in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study is to examine: (1) Steps of online learning by teachers (2) Mathematical resilience of students during online learning (3) students responses for online learning. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative, the sample selected as many as 4 teachers and 6 students with high, medium and low abilities in one junior high school in Cimahi. Data collection techniques used questionnaires for students to study students ‘mathematical resilience during online learning, interviews to examine students’ responses to online learning, and interviews and observations with teachers to analyze the steps of online learning that were carried out. The results of the study show: 1) The online learning process begins with handouts through Google Classroom, followed by an explanation of the material using a zoom meeting and assignments through the Google Classroom (2) Student resilience of mathematics is high during online learning. (3) students give positive responses for online learning.
Payame Noor University as one of the universities of Iran has responsibility of training of specialists and experts labor forces for society in different disciplines. Performed studies show that the most important in the success of graduates in finding the appropriate work is the proportionate between processes and materials of educational in different courses in universities with skills and abilities needed in labor market. The goal of this study is measure of the employment of human sciences graduates in the job market. The methodology of this article of is survey. The population of all graduate students in the Humanities of Payame Noor in 2010-2011 in Sanandaj is 850 people. Appropriate sample sizes in this study were 265 and final participants selected through systematic random sampling method. Descriptive findings indicate that 69.8 percent of respondents are women. 69/4 % of them are in the age group of 25-23 years. 56/6 percent has the mean 14 to 15/99 And 57/4 percent of respondents are unemployed. Analytical Results show that there is significance relationship between Age, Course and grade average with employment of human sciences graduates. Results also show that sex has a high impact on employment of graduates.
The high education state need to determine the indicators to evaluating their trainers function that one of the basic problems in universities is lack of indicators of effective lecturers. One of the most important methods to determine these indicators is public poll students. This study is done due to determining the indicators of effective lecturers in student's viewpoint of Payame Noor University in Kurdistan province at 20010-2011 academic years. This study is done in the measuring method and it is statistical society for all of Payame Noor University students in Kordestan province that 360 people among Sanandaj, Saghez and Ghorveh College are collected as sample using of cluster-sampling method. Data collecting tools was inquiries that were made by researcher. The various methods such as descriptive statistic were used to analyze the data. In student's opinion the indicators of teaching methods, communication, knowledge-seeking, personal characteristic have allocated the most important indicators' of effective lecturers to itself.
