El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el nivel de ganancia del aprendizaje conceptual utilizando simuladores en línea en el desarrollo del curso de Física III de la carrera profesional de Ingeniería Civil en los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Intercultural “Fabiola Salazar Leguía” de Bagua (Perú), por medio del factor o ganancia normalizada de Hake. La metodología que se llevó a cabo es de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño cuasi experimental, y consistió en recolectar información antes (pre) y posterior a la utilización de simuladores y software en línea (post) en sesiones de clase virtual con los estudiantes matriculados en el mencionado curso. Como resultado logramos determinar una efectividad media de esta metodología, representada por un valor de 0.65 en la temática de óptica geométrica y 0.60 en la óptica física de ganancia normalizada de Hake.
It is necessary to know the state of the Universities in Latin America. The general objective was raised, to analyze the situation of Covid-19 and Universities in Latin America, considering different aspects. Methodology, the research presents a qualitative-interpretative design, documentary type, 30 documents have been selected, carried out in the period 2020 - 2021; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. The keywords used in the searches were: Covid-19, Latin America, universities in Latin America and Covid-19 universities in Latin America. Results, COVID-19 is keeping children and adolescents around the world out of schools and universities. Conclusions, the teachers and students of Latin American universities make permanent efforts to continue their academic and research activities. COVID-19 has exposed the shortcomings in terms of infrastructure and mastery of ICTs.
El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en proponer una estrategia didáctica que logre la interacción cultural entre estudiantes y docentes, fundamentada en el proceso de la modelación matemática, cuya temática para modelar sean las actividades propias de los estudiantes en su localidad o comunidad amazónica. Respecto a la metodología, se realizó una investigación cualitativa tomando como referencia investigaciones con cierta similitud en el campo educativo; así también se realizó una revisión documental por parte del docente y los estudiantes matriculados en el curso de Métodos numéricos; la temática considerada fue modelación matemática e interculturalidad, seleccionando publicaciones científicas de los años 2019, 2020 y 2021. Todas estas actividades se realizaron durante los estudios no presenciales debido al distanciamiento social obligatorio. Se obtuvo como resultado, exposiciones audiovisuales por parte de los estudiantes en los que socializaban las distintas actividades comerciales ligadas a su cultura; así también se evidenció la sistematización de las mediciones realizadas a las distintas variables asociadas a su modelo. También, el proceso de modelación matemática permitió la interacción cultural entre los estudiantes y docentes, es decir, al argumentar las actividades en los distintos contextos donde se ubican los estudiantes, sus pares aprenden con respeto y tolerancia, evidenciada en las distintas sesiones virtuales.
This paper presents the challenges that must be assumed in the training of engineers so that these professionals have the hard and soft skills necessary to face the challenges of industry 4.0. The present demands professionals with high skills in new technologies, constantly changing, making universities mustreinforce their curricula for teaching so that learning can be permanent and effective. The permanent reinforcement in the curriculum, the focus on industrial and technological education, and a global vision will be the key for universities to achieve competitive professionals. For this work, the actions of some publicuniversities in the training of engineers were analyzed. Finally, an analysis of the strategies universities must assume so that future engineers have sufficient and necessary skills for modern industry is presented.
The general objective of the study was to propose a participatory management model based on the continuous improvement of the coordinated development plan, Condorcanqui province - 2020-2030. The design used was of a positive descriptive category. An experimental, non-probabilistic sample of 40 servers wasused from the province of Condorcanqui. Survey techniques were used and questionnaires were used as a tool; Descriptive statistics are used to process data through SPSS v.25 and Microsoft Excel 2016, which contains functions, formulas, tables, and figures. The results show us a good measure, a similar situation is also found in the aspects of human capacity, sustainable economic production, ecological sustainability, and institutional development, this result is confirmed by obtaining a confidence value of 0.962 of l 'of Cronbach. alpha to achieve the objectives. It concluded that the continuous improvement approach of theparticipatory management of the comprehensive development plan, Condorcanqui province - 2020-2030, constitutes a fundamental tool to raise the level of participatory management and the level of democratic governance of the city at the provincial level.
