The three-step of MSWI fly ash washing process, to remove chloride from fly ash as much as possible, were investigated. The results show that with the increase of L/S, the release of chloride and sulphate both increased at the first step, but the effect of second and third washing step decreased for chloride, while the effect for sulphate increased. The suitable washing condition happened with a L/S ratio of 5 and 2 minutes of washing, considering the two economic factors (water consumption and economical factor).
A magnetic-controlled detection system, with a rectangular solenoid coil in a waveguide test fixture, is proposed for radar absorbing coatings. By applying Ku-band rectangular waveguide, the field patterns at different positions, the reflection coefficient S11 and its variation of several coating samples are simulated and measured under current loaded from 0 to 1.0 A. The results show that this detection system is repeatable and stable, and also reliable with the error of less than 10%.
Abstract:Aim:We aimed to determine the effects of exhaustion exercise on HO-1 expression, the function of improving the sports ability and promoting the exercise induced fatigue in mice.Methods:Breeding, adaptively exercise BDF1 mice, 6 weeks age.They were randomly divided into normal saline control group,zinc protoporphyrin pharmacological inhibition group, the cobalt protoporphyrin drug induced group, HO-1 genetically modified group, each group was used for exhaustion exercise on the treadmill, and divided into immediate group and 24h after exhaustion groups.HO-1mRNA and protein, serum CK, BUN, urine protein were measured by using RT-PCR,Western-blot method, kinetic method, two point method and coomassie brilliant blue method. Results:The results indicated that HO-1mRNA expression increased after exhaustion exercise in the salinegroup, the other three groups changed little, HO-1 protein after exhaustion exercise of the saline group and drug inhibition group was higher than pre-exercise,24h after exercise obviously declined,24h after exhaustion exercise in drug induced group was higher than pre-exercise than immediately exercise.Exhaustion exercise time of the drug induced group(383.08±65.04min) and genetically modified mice(468.25±52.41min)was longer than the pharmacological inhibition (341.08±73.03min)and saline group(468.25±52.41min),significant variations were found in them(p<0.05). CK, BUN and urine protein removal were faster in drug induced group, the pharmacological inhibition of the group was slower. CK, BUN were faster in genetically modified group, but urine protein was in a higher level. Conclusion:Exhaustion exercise can induce skeletal muscle HO-1 expression of the wild type mice, it is not obvious in the higher HO-1 expression mice. Expression of HO-1 must be within limits, which can enhance mice exercise ability and promote the recovery of exercise fatigue.
Effect of electric field treatment with different intensities on vacancy of Inconel 718 aged at 1073 K was investigated. The positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) and corresponding concentration of vacancies were measured by positron annihilation technique. It was found that atomic vibration at lattice site can be promoted by an external electric field performed on Inconel 718 superalloy during aged at elevated temperature. Some atoms owing the higher vacancy formation energy or larger radius will jump out from the normal lattice sites and form defects, which is leading to the increase of PAL of monovacancy. Under continuous effect on electric field, monovacancies will transform to three-dimensional vacancies of lower energy and vacancy clusters. Moreover, the vacancy concentration of Inconel 718 superalloy can be improved evidently by electric field treatment, and the average PAL of vacancies can be up to 6.3% when the electric field intensity is up to 8 kV/cm, which is very useful for controlling the microstructures evolution and properties of the superalloy, such as solute redistribution and precipitations.
Thermal degradation of Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber (EPDM) and PVC have been investigated and compared by means of TG/DTA in air or N2 atmosphere with the heating rate of 10K/min and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The occurrence of primary and second thermal degradation stages of EPDM in air have been recognized, while in N2 it was only one stage. The total weight loss ratio in air and N2 was 61.3%, 60.7%, respectively. Three degradation stages of PVC occur in both air and N2 and the total weight loss ratio was 72.5%, 72.6%, respectively. The thermal degradation of EPDM are all endothermic reaction, while of PVC are mainly exothermic reaction. Combustion products heated by laser in the same experimental conditions have been analyzed by GC-MS, the amount of toxic substances differ greatly, the amount of dimethylmethane of PVC are 2.55 times more than EPDM, dimethylbenzene and styrene of PVC are 6.2 and 5.5 times more than EPDM, toluene and benzene of PVC differ greatest with EPDM, are 24.2 and 35.7 times, respectively. EPDM can significantly reduce toxic products generation compared with PVC.
