For costly and dangerous experiments, growing attention has been paid to the study of the performance and reliability of rolling bearings with poor information. The existing reliability theory relying on the classical statistical theory and Bayesian theory will become ineffective if the probability distribution is unknown. In view of this, the developments of studies on forecasting methods for the performance and reliability of rolling bearings with poor information are summarized in this article.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
