Based on the CGT-based direct adaptive control principles, an adaptive controller of tank gun control system is put forward in the paper. The plant is divided into Strict Positive Real part and Non-Strict Positive Real part by its structure. A CGT-based direct adaptive controller and a robust controller are designed for the two parts respectively to control the gun. The method need not identify the parameters of the plant, so its structure is simple. It also has a strong adaptive ability to variations of the parameters. Simulation shows that the method is correct and feasible.
In conventional vehicle driving simulation systems, the tracks effect does not alter the terrain surface topology that the tires interact with. In this paper, we propose a dynamic terrain visualization method based on modern Graphic Processing Unit features: vertex texture fetch, framebuffer object extension and shader technology. First, the height map to the initial terrain depth texture directly. Next, the vehicle depth texture is generated through a special render pass. Then in the fragment program the depth offset map is computed. We proceed by generating the terrain depth texture that represents the whole deformed terrain surface. At last, we use it as displacement map to create the final image of the tire tracks leaved by a moving vehicle. We demonstrate our algorithm by simulating a ground vehicle traveling on soft terrain. The experiment proves that the method is feasible and efficient.
How to control the process of continuously variable transmission is an important issue in the electric transmission system of a tracked vehicle. In the paper, the constant power of hrushless DC motor (BLDCM) is controlled by the feedback (observation) of power, and it is proved feasible by test. Based on the above, range of the motor speed is expanded by winding change namely configuration change, and rotational speed ranges corresponding to winding forms are settled by our study. Finally, some of total performance simulation results are showed and analyzed, which lay a foundation for the future.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
