A large amount of processing data was accumulated within plant processing. And its necessary to use this data for plant processing as well as its administration. In this article the data mining technology and its utilization were discussed, according to research results, the fitting relationship is:Cu recovery (%)= -1.1221*lime dosage (Kg/t)+92.6, the lime dosage alteration effect on copper recovery are 1.41% absolutely and 1.66% relatively. The fitting relationship of copper concentrate grade and lime dosage is:Cu grade (%)= 0.0554*lime dosage (Kg/t)+19.271, the lime dosage alteration effect on copper recovery are 0.070% absolutely and 0.36% relatively. It can be concluded that the lime dosage has a great effect on copper recovery, and lime dosage is relative to the total metal minerals in the ore, because the fitting relationship of the lime dosage and metal minerals summation in the ore is:Dosage (Kg/t)= 0.0487*total metal minerals (%)+2.6441, the lime dosage show a positive relationship with total metal minerals in the ore.
The ore from Jingping contains 0.634% nickel, 0.329% copper, 0.047% cobalt, 30.18% SiO2and 19.72% MgO. In order to obtain satisfying beneficiation results, a lot of tests were taken out before, and this article main focus on roughing flotation conditions. Finally find that when the sodium carbonate dosage is 2000g/t, carboxy-methyl cellulose (CMC) dosage is 200g/t, sodium silicate dosage is 100g/t, the combinational effect can depressing the gangue minerals as well as the slime. The final concentration contains 3.03% nickel, 2.01% copper and 2.40% cobalt, the recovery of the nickel, copper and cobalt is 73.03%, 92.58%, 77.62% respectively.
The ore containing 0.77%copper, the main metal minerals in the ore are hemesite, pyrite bornite, covellite, malachite, the main gangue minerals in the ore are quartzite, dolomite, plagioclase, Chlorite, calcite. And the copper oxidation ratio of the ore is 45.5%, According several flotation tests, finally found that the optimum reagents dosage are: butyl xanthate 90g/t as collector, pine oil 35g/t as foaming, sodium sulphide1000g/t, lime3000g/t, and the flow-sheet is one stage of roughing, three stage of cleaning and two stage of scavenging operationg in the close circuit under the grinding fineness is 85% -0.074mm.Satisfactory results had been obtained as the grade of is 18.06% with recovery 80.01%.
In this thesis the object of study is a low grade sandstone copper with complex composition. Through the process mineralogy research on a sandstone copper ore,the result showed that the primary sulfide copper minerals are tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite; secondary sulfide copper minerals are bornite, chalcocite and azurite; the main oxide copper mineral is malachite; the main gangue mineral is quartz. The grade of copper is 0.77% and the oxidation rate is 45.45% in the run of mine, it is an oxide copper ore with not thoroughly oxidation. There is a part of disseminated particle size of copper minerals is relatively fine. Mainly sulfide copper minerals are paragenesis with dolomite and pyrite; oxide copper minerals are often blended with limonite. So the key of obtaining the good flotation index is selecting reasonably grinding fineness and making the part of fine-grained disseminated copper full liberation.
