In a video-EEG monitoring, a focal and repeated epileptiform activity was found in the right temporal lobe region.Video-EEG monitoring showed absence of epileptiform activity before, during and after three episodes of paroxysmal events. Evolution:The diagnosis of Adjustment disorder (309.24) and PNES (300.11) was made.Joint treatment and follow-up was agreed by neurology and psychiatry services. Treatment with sertraline 100mg/24h and bromazepam 1.5mg/12h was started.
