On the basis of previous scholars’ research, we improve the traditional TOmada de Decisão Interativa e Multicritério (TODIM) along with Cumulative Prospect Theory (CPT) under the 2‐tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets (2TLPFSs) in this article. First of all, we give some definitions of Pythagorean fuzzy sets, 2TLPFSs, and the 2‐tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted average as well as 2‐tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted geometric operators. After that, according to the existing researches, we simply introduce the TODIM method and TODIM method under 2TLPFSs. Furthermore, we propose the TODIM method based on CPT (CPT–TODIM) for multiple attribute group decision‐making (MAGDM) with 2TLPFSs. Finally, a numerical example about company credit risk assessment is used to explain the new proposed method. Comparing with other methods, there is no doubt that this new method has superiority. To be exact, because the new method fully considers the mental factors of decision makers, it can better solve the uncertainty of MAGDM and improve the rationality of decision‐making.
With the progress of the times, decision-making problems have become increasingly complex. Under such circumstances, the problems of multiple attribute decision making have emerged. Based on the original MABAC method and its related applications, we propose to apply the MABAC method combined Cumulative Prospect Theory (CPT) with2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs). In the first place, we show a lot of definitions of Pythagorean fuzzy sets, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets, the 2TLPFWA and 2TLPFWG operators. Next, illustrating calculation formulas according to the score function, the accuracy function and the basic operations of two 2TLPFNs. Afterwards, we simply explain the original MABAC method and the MABAC method with 2TLPFNs (2TLPFN-MABAC) based on the research of other scholars. Besides, we completely give the actual operations of the new method about MABAC method based on CPT for MAGDM with 2TLPFSs (2TLPFN-CPT-MABAC). In the end, by a case study of the assessment of houses, according to the proposed new method and making some comparative analyses among the new method and other methods. In a word, all above are for verifying the effectiveness. In view of the new method with the advantages, MADM problems can be better solved and the new method can be applied to more fields.
Based on the traditional TOPSIS method and 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs), this paper builds a novel 2TLPF-TOPSIS method that combines cumulative prospect theory (CPT) to cope with the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). This new method takes into account the decision-makers’ mind and the uncertainty of decision-making, and is more in line with the real decision-making environment. First, this paper briefly reviews some necessary theories related to PFS, as well as the calculation rules and comparison methods of 2TLPFNs. Then, since there is often subjective randomness when determining the weight, the entropy method is utilized to objectively determine the weight. After that, give the specific calculation steps of the new method. In order to show the effectiveness of the new method, apply it into a specific numerical example about evaluating airline business operations capability, and compare it with the other four different methods. The ranking results depict that the new method designed is effective and reasonable, and has good application value of MAGDM problems.
