Aesthetics and philosophical measures are among the bases influential on artistic approaches of each era during art history. Although, rooted in Greek classic art, Aesthetics based on Hedonism boomed in 18th and again in the second half of 19th century. New concepts and definitions of aesthetic hedonism, presented then, along with philosophical trends were influential on aspects of arts. Hedonistic attitudes believing in beauty is in creation of pleasure were expanding. Such trends and attitudes were significantly effective on restorations performed on paintings in the 19th century when differences of opinions were prominent. This article is challenging to study the intellectual backgrounds of aesthetic hedonism in restorations on paintings during the said century and to indicate their direct and salient influence on such restorations. After explaining theories and presenting tangible examples, it expresses the proposed theories and endorses the influence of aesthetic hedonism on restoration on paintings during the 19th century.
Multi Media Art, in a general concept, is referred to an art which is formed by combination of various media such as: digital, graphic, voice, images, videos, animation, and texts. Advance technologies of the present and last centuries create the possibility of combining disparate arts in which the specifications of post modern era are eminent. The point to take into consideration is that Multi Media Art has obvious differences with combining media art. Although kinds of arts such as film and opera include other arts, they are not considered Multi Media Arts. In various eras of art history, there are art works which are created by combination of some art media, which is usually referred to as Mixed Media Art. Multi Media art is not static and motionless rather it stretches in time interval and is in interaction with audience. In this article, Multi Media Art in late twenty and twenty one century is under study. After introducing the history and creators of this art, concepts such as monopolizing, lack of durability, spatial features, instability, accumulation, being discursive, connectionism are explained in postmodern Multi Media Art.
Digital technology and new inventions caused changes in methods, facilities, living style, and eventually in art. New perceptions of aesthetic and existence appeared. In this regard, mural art and its concept experienced many alterations. Now, we observe diverse frescos benefitting from capabilities of soft and hardware digital, in the process of their creation. Acquisition of vast capabilities of digital technology, devices and facilities indicates that modern devices are more advanced and their utilities are more diverse than the traditional ones. Nowadays, with the expansion of technology and artistes' tendency in using modern devices, necessity for perception of new concepts in frescos as multi-dimensional art is quite noticeable. Restrictions are minimized and possibility for performing them with modern capabilities in interaction with architecture environment, space, and audience senses is provided and special visual attractions for artist and urban management is created.
