Bu çalışma ile Ordu ili ve çevresinde geniş yayılış gösteren P. acaulis subsp. rubra alttürünün anatomik özelliklerini belirlemek ve diğer taksonlarla olan benzerlik ve farklılıklarını ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Materyal ve Yöntem: Bitki örnekleri 2019 yılındaOrdu ilinden toplanmıştır. Toplanan bitkilerin kök, pedisel ve rizomlarından enine, yapraklarından hem enine hem de yüzeysel kesitler elle alınmıştır. Anatomik ölçümler NIS Elements Imaging Software 3.00 SP5 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bitkilerdeki stoma indeksi hesaplanmıştır.

In the present study, leaf micromorphlogical properties, stoma indexs and chlorophll contents of 20 Turkish hazelnut (Corylus avellana) cultivars were studied. Investigated cultivars were “Acı, Allahverdi, Cavcava, Çakıldak, Foşa, Giresun melezi, Incekara, Kalınkara, Kan, Karafındık, Kargalak, Kuş, Mincane, Okay 28, Palaz, Sivri, Uzunmusa, Tombul, Yassı Badem, Yuvarlak Badem”. Three wax ornamentation types are recognized; crust, smooth and granules. Epidermal features, stomatal index and chlorophyll amounts showed some differences between C. avellana cultivars. Stoma width and stoma length were determined to be important for Palaz, Kuş, Yuvarlak Badem ve Yassı Badem cultivars. Stoma index, upper epidermis and lower epidermis width, upper epidermis and lower epidermis length values were determined to be distinctive for Allahverdi, Kargalak, Kara and Mincane. Chlorophyll density was found to be distinctive for Sivri, Çakıldak, İncekara and Acı cultivars The highest similarity was found between Okay 28 and Tombul cultivars with a rate of 0.98. The lowest similarity was found between Sivri-Karafındık, Sivri-Foşa and Sivri-Kargalak with 0.87.

The study was conducted with 'Tombul' hazelnut cultivars grown in Giresun province in 2015 and 2016. In the study, 4 different irrigation programs (Slm1: no-irrigated, Slm2: irrigated in P1, P2 and P3, Slm3: irrigated in P2 and no-irrigated in other periods, Slm4: irrigated in P2 and P3 and noirrigated in other periods) were applied to the plants in 3 different irrigation periods (P1: End of fertiliziation-fruit set period, P2: Ovule-embryo development period, P3: pre-harvest period). The experiment, 3 ocak, 3 replications and randomized parcels were designed according to the experimental design. The change of color values of hazelnuts obtained from each application in terms of L*, a* and b* in hazelnut flour during storage for 12 months under ordinary conditions were investigated. In conclusion, It was identified that the effect of different irrigation programs on the color change of hazelnut flour was not significant but there was a significant change in hazelnut flour color values during storage process. In the study, color scale was prepared from the data obtained.
