The condition of weather changes in Indonesia is uncertain, so it difficult to predict clear and rainy weather. This is still a major problem for people who are drying clothes especially in the rainy weather conditions. Usually clothes is often left out traveling, with weather conditions like this make some people feel anxious because they do not have time to lift the clothesline in the rainy weather conditions. To overcome these problems the authors make an automatic clothesline prototype using LDR sensor, rain sensor, and moisture sensor using Arduino Uno. In addition to these sensors there are also additional such as fans and DC motors. From the results of testing tools that have been made tools can work well. The tool can work when the sensor will read the weather around, LDR sensor and rain sensor function to detect the weather around, while the humidity sensor serves to detect the condition of the clothes whether in wet or dry conditions.

Abstrak  - Wabah Covid-19 yang melanda hampir di seluruh dunia membuat sistem kehidupan manusia berubah dan menciptakan beberapa kebiasaan baru, salah satunya gerakan mencuci tangan dengan baik dan benar. Untuk mendukung gerakan 3 M diperlukan penemuan-penemuan baru yang praktis dan menambah nilai guna, contohnya penggunaan hand sanitizer dan pengukuran suhu tubuh yang dikombinasikan dalam satu alat berbasis IOT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat alat ukur suhu tubuh dan hand sanitizer otomatis dengan menggunakan sensor LM35 sebagai sensor suhu,  NodeMCU ESP 8266 sebagai pemrosesan data yang kemudian menampilkan hasilnya pada LCD dan aplikasi Thinkspeak, sensor infrared digunakan untuk mendeteksi jarak suatu objek, lalu motor servo akan merespon perintah berdasarkan masukan dari sensor infrared. Alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan modul NodeMCU ESP8266 yang diprogram dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C pada Arduino IDE yang hasil keluarannya menggunakan web. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa monitoring suhu tubuh dan hand sanitizer otomatis menggunakan NodeMCU ESP 8266 berbasis IOT berhasil dibuat dan dapat memberikan informasi secara realtime mengenai temperature tubuh. Alat ukur suhu tubuh ini dapat membantu menampilkan hasil sensor yang telah terbaca ditampilkan dalam bentuk web.

- IT Governance and the development of appropriate information technology, aligned with business strategy and in accordance with the target is a priority, but often development projects are not expected to match the even, there are many information technology development project  failure or canceled  in the middle of the road. That's because information technology governance and IT investment planning are not good. It is necessary to analysis  IT  governenace and  planning of  IT investment. The selected sample is PT. Candi Malindo Bangkit with five (5) respondents involved. Tools in this study using the COBIT  framework  for data  and  opinions about IT governance and Val IT  for  IT  investment  planning. The  selected  domain from the COBIT  framework are  DS4 (continuous service),  DS5 (information system security) and  DS11 (data management), and  the domain of Val IT are Value Governance (VG), Portfolio Management (PM) and Investment Management (IM) . Then based  on  the analysis can be known maturity level of IT governance and IT investment  planning. The analysis shows  that  the current  PT. Candi Malindo Bangkit still at maturity level 1 (one) or at the level of the initial/Adhoc which means IT governance and IT investment planning has been no standardization  process, yet organized  and  implemented  based  on  the  needs  of  a  sudden.Keywords: Audit, IT  Governance,  COBIT,  Val IT

Abstrak  - Teknologi telah banyak membantu dalam mengumpulkan, memproses, dan memvisualisasikan informasi. Dalam bidang pendidikan, teknologi dapat membantu memberikan sarana pembelajaran yang berguna bagi para kalangan pelajar dan akademisi. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil penelitian beberapa orang sebelumnya. Aplikasi Virtual Chemical Lab merupakan salah satu sarana pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi pemrograman Java. Fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini berlandaskan kepada teori yang di dapat dari sumber buku-buku, terutama buku yang berjudul “Chemical Principle: The Quest for Insight.” Fitur utama pada aplikasi ini adalah memprediksi produk hasil reaksi kimia yang diuji kembali dengan mencari informasi pada basis data yang disediakan oleh National Institutes of Health dan National Cancer Institute. Fitur pendukung lainnya adalah tabel periode dengan berbagai informasi dari informasi atomik sampai kepada sejarah penemuan unsur-unsur atom; dan informasi bentuk geometri 3 dimensi, geometri 2 dimensi, dan informasi deskriptif bentuk fisik dari suatu kompon atau molekul yang juga diperoleh dari basis data yang sama dengan yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya.

PT. Patrakom as a company engaged in telecommunications, has many customers in the remote areas across Indonesia. Use satellite transmission media, data can be sent and from various cities in Indonesia. There are many customers in a location that is quite difficult to reach. One that is difficult to reach customers and need special monitoring system, namely Drilling PT. PHE ONWJ (Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java) which is located in the Java Sea. Customer's computer network monitoring system PT. PHE ONWJ At PT.Patrakom currently still using PRTG Network Monitoring (network monitoring application) which only Displays graphs of bandwidth usage by user. Thus resulting in a notice to the engineer during a network interruption or VSAT link down time can not be disclosed in a fast time. Engineer and the NCC (Network Central Controler) must check the PRTG to detect network intrusions. The absence of notice to the engineer automatically lead to treatment interruption takes longer. Use network monitoring system based on SMS (Short Message Service) enables the earliest possible notification to the engineer when the network has a problem, so the engineer will be able to directly perform interference checking and will be quickly resolved. With the monitoring sisitem like this will certainly increase customer satisfaction with the services provided by PT.Patrakom
