Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai karakter tokoh wayang Yudhistira dan implementasi nilai karakter wayang Yudhistira di SD Muhammadiyah Girikerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai karakter peserta didik SD Muhammadiyah Girikerto. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peserta didik SD Muhammadiyah Girikerto mampu memiliki karakter sesuai dengan nilai karakter tokoh wayang Yudhistira. Adapun nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam tokoh wayang Yudhistira yaitu: 1) Religius, 2) Kepemimpinan, 3) Jujur, dan 4) Tanggungjawab. Implementasi nilai karakter tokoh wayang Yudhistira dilakukan melalui: 1) Pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran, 2) Proses pembelajaran seperti memimpin doa, pengumpulan tugas, dan keaktifan di kelas, serta 3) Penerapan nilai karakter peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah karakter tokoh wayang Yudhistira mengandung nilai-nilai karakter yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai pembentukan karakter pada peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini terdapat saran yang dikemukakan oleh penulis, yaitu penanaman nilai karakter melalui tokoh wayang Yudhistira tidak hanya sebatas kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas tetapi dapat diimplementasikan di lingkungan sekitarnya.
This study aims to describe the character values of the Yudhistira wayang character and the implementation of the Yudhistira wayang character values in SD Muhammadiyah Girikerto. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The object of this research is the character value of the students of SD Muhammadiyah Girikerto. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers and students. The data collection instrument used was in the form of interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, display data, and drawing conclusions. The technique of examining data uses triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that the students of SD Muhammadiyah Girikerto were able to have characters according to the character values of the Yudhistira puppet character. The character values contained in the wayang Yudhistira are: 1) Religious, 2) Leadership, 3) Honest, and 4) Responsibility. The implementation of the character values of the Yudhistira puppet character is carried out through: 1) Making learning tools, 2) Learning processes such as leading prayers, collecting assignments, and being active in the classroom, and 3) Application of student character values in the school environment. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the character of the wayang Yudhistira contains good character values so that it can be used as character building for students. Based on the results of this study, there are suggestions put forward by the author, namely the cultivation of character values through wayang Yudhistira figures not only limited to learning activities in the classroom but can be implemented in the surrounding environment.
Indonesia student’s understanding of Mathematics is very low. This study aims to determine the positive effect of the Realistic Mathematical Education learning approach on the learning outcomes of grade III fractions at SD Negeri 2 Riau Silip. This research method is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. Population Data collection techniques use an instrument with a total of 5 questions, both pretest and posttest. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 program on prerequisite tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study stated that the results of the descriptive analysis showed an increase in the average score of students' learning outcomes was 40.72 to 72.55. In addition, the results of the inferential analysis showed a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This states that RME has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 2 Riau Silip.
Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar membutuhkan perangkat pembelajaran yang mampu mendukung kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran tematik discovery learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas III. Penelitian ini termasuk pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen. Degisn yang digunakan quasi eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan siswa kelas III SD dengan sampel 2 kelas, satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal tes (pretest dan posttest) dan lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan menggunakan statistik inferensia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata N-gain score kelas ekperimen adalah 60,99 atau 61 % dikategorikan cukup efektif. Sedangkan untuk kelas control diperoleh nilai rata-rata 53,0794 atau 53% dan dikategorikan kurang efektif. Dari hasil analisis uji N-gain score dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan perangkat pembelajarn dengan pendekatan discovery learning efektif digunakan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.
