To achieve high-frequency and high-precision measurement of the performance of the UAV power system, a set of devices that can realize tensile and torque decoupling tests were designed and built, and a design scheme for the UAV power test was given. On this basis, the design of the data acquisition system and signal conditioning system with the data acquisition board as the core and the development of LabVIEW test software were completed. Finally, the debugging test of each system verified the functions of tensile force, torque separation measurement, data acquisition, host computer display, preservation, etc. It realized the high-frequency and high-precision measurement of the performance of the UAV power system. . The test results showed that the output signal of the test bench was highly linear, and the repeatability was good.
