At beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the outbreak of the coronavirus from China. The coronavirus caused panic in China and killed thousands of Chinese people. Many people seemed to rely on social media for more information. As a result, social media platforms have become mediators between individuals and the rest of the world, even becoming the fastest-growing social applications. Among several well-known social media platforms, Twitter has gained special attention because users can easily broadcast information about their opinions on certain topics through public messages, called tweets. There was public anxiety about the Covid-19 vaccination. Public opinion and unrest are posted on Twitter. Based on this case, it is necessary to analyze the views or opinions of the public regarding the Covid-19 vaccination policy, especially regarding the Booster Vaccine type which can be categorized into positive or negative opinions circulating on Twitter. This research aims to analyze the views of the Indonesian people toward the Covid-19 Booster Vaccine using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (K-NN).
Background: The determination of a health emergency has implications for an online learning policy enactment in Indonesia. After one year of implementing the online learning policy, it has broughtproblems for Indonesian students, especially mental health issued. Aim: This research aimed to further analyze the relationship between the implementation of online learning policies and the mental health of Indonesian students after one year of Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This research used non-doctrinal legal research methods with a qualitative approach. Conclusion: The implementation of online learning policies has an indirect effect on mental health for students aged 7-18 years. Stressful conditions, lack of interaction, potential to become introverted are problems after one year of the implementation of the online learning policy. However, this condition is different from students in higher education who are more ready and comfortable with online learning patterns. Keywords: Policy; online learning; mental health; Covid-19.
Learning always develops all the competencies possessed in order to be able to carry out learning that makes students active. One of the lessons that can be used is learning to use teaching aids. The phenomenon in the field shows that most of the learning has not used teaching aids. In fact, teaching through teaching aids can improve understanding of concepts and find the formulas needed to solve problems. One of the reasons is the unavailability of adequate mathematics teaching aids. As a result, the results of learning mathematics have not been maximized. Based on this thinking, students need to be assisted in order to achieve maximum mathematics learning outcomes. One of the efforts that can help students is through assistance in making teaching aids. Methods of carrying out activities include: brief explanations of teaching aids, training and guiding students to make teaching aids, simulations using teaching aids in understanding mathematical concepts and formulas. The results of the mentoring showed positive student responses to the activities, students were able to make teaching aids from surrounding materials, students were able to use teaching aids to understand mathematical concepts and formulas.
