Faktor personal, memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi khalayak mahasiswa pendatang UGM. Sedangkan faktor situasional mempunyai nilai yang paling tinggi diantara faktor yang lain dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 84,9% terhadap persepsi khalayak mahasiswa pendatang pendatang terhadap Pawartos Ngayogyakarta Jogja TV. </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>halayak</strong><strong> sebagai subjek persepsi menentukan dulu apa yang akan diperhatikannya, sehingga </strong><strong>persepsi </strong><strong>khalayak</strong><strong> terhadap </strong><strong>suatu informasi</strong><strong> tidaklah sama. Keragaman bahasa merupakan wahana variasi penyajian program berita Jogja TV untuk mengakomodir konsumennya yang beragam</strong><strong>, termasuk bagi mahasiswa pendatang yang mayoritas masih berasal dari suku Jawa.</strong></p><p>Abstract - <strong>This study aims to determine what factors influence the perception of the audience of Gajah Mada University (UGM) immigrant students of the local television news broadcast of Pawartos Ngayogyakarta Jogja TV. The study used a survey method with non-probability sampling. Research variables are functional, personal, and situational factors as independent variables and audience perceptions of UGM immigrant students as dependent variables. The data processing method for bivariate analysis used the T and Anova test, then the multivariate analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study in general, the functional factors did not affect the audience of immigrants to the Pawartos Ngayogyakarta Jogja TV broadcast. Personal factors have a positive and significant influence on the audience perceptions of UGM immigrant students. While the situational factor has the highest value among other factors by contributing 84.9% to the audience perception of immigrant students towards Pawartos Ngayogyakarta Jogja TV. The audience as the subject of perception first determines what it will pay attention to so that the audience's perception of information is not the same. However, the culture-based Jogja TV news program can provide actual and important information as a form of meeting the needs of the public regarding information about the Yogyakarta area and its surroundings. Language diversity is a vehicle for variations in the presentation of the Jogja TV news program to accommodate its diverse consumers, including for immigrant students, the majority of whom are still Javanese.</strong></p><p><em><strong>Keyword - Audience Perception, Imigrant Students, Local TV, Jogja TV</strong></em></p><p> </p>
Bullying has been an alarming issue for kids and teenagers nowadays. One of community that shares serious concern over this issue is Sudah Dong. This study aims to find out how the behaviour stages of actors in creating the communication networks between the volunteers of Sudah Dong community by employing the qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observation, and theory of actor network. The result of this research revealed that the main volunteers have done the six stages of behaviour to create communication network, including problemization, interessement, enrollment, mobilization, dan inscription. Few focal actors have become the strongest nodes of the communication network and contributed much to the existence of the community. Moreover, human collectivism such as supporting organizations and private sectors were also contributing factors for the network. The non-human factors namely events and media helped attract individuals to join as volunteers. This research also found that only a few main volunteers actively participated in the community, but it was relatively effective to run the community. The shared feelings towards bullying issues and the close friendships ties were the significant factors strengthening the communication network among the main volunteers.
SMK 1 Negeri Kota Bekasi merupakan salah satu SMK di Bekasi dengan tingkat kewirausahaan yang cukup rendah. Tidak hanya itu peran sekolah dalam program Sekolah Pencetak Wirausaha (SPW) juga cukup rendah. Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diajarkan di sekolah ini berupa PKK (Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan) dan PKWU (Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan) yang merupakan mata pelajaran wajib yang diberikan kepada murid-murid kelas 11 dan 12. Namun demikian terlihat bahwa guru-guru kewirausahaan yang ada belum mampu mengajarkan bagaimana merencanakan start-up Business. Tim pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat memfokuskan program pada permasalahan utama yaitu: masalah kompetensi guru dalam membuat Start-up Business. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan memberikan Program TOT (Train To Trainer) Kewirausahaan dan mentoring praktek pengajaran modul kewirausahaan berupa membuat perencanaan Product Venture. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra 24 guru PKK/PKWU SMKN 1 Kota Bekasi ini dilaksanakan di bulan April hingga Nopember 2022. Guru-guru ini akan menerapkan hasil pelatihannya kepada murid-muridnya untuk membuat Product Venture dan hasil akhir berupa proposal Product Venture. Pelaksanaan mengambil tempat di SMKN 1 Kota Bekasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam program ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan pengetahuan mitra dalam mengajarkan modul kewirausahaan hingga 37%, adanya 1 Proposal Product Venture yang masuk dalam FIKSI (festival inovasi dan kewiraushaan siswa Indonesia) jenjang SMK tahun 2022, dan tingkat kepuasan mitra mencapai 4,6 dari 5 skor
Social network analysis (SNA) has been widely used in epidemiology to understand how the structure of the relationship is formed in the odd-even policy implemented in the city of Bogor. SNA can also be an appropiate tool for mapping the effectiveness of a policy. The public policy implemented by the Mayor of Bogor regarding odd-even policy in Bogor shaped various responses from the community. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Odd-Even policy through Twitter’s hashtagh #GanjilGenapBogor. The theory used was media convergence theory, with the concept of User Generated Content (UGC). The method used was network analysis with a qualitative approach. The results indicated that the users of Twitter’s social media showed various responses to this issue. The responses formed various conversations among the users. From these conversations, the Popularity Centrality of the actors involved was formed. Each actor plays a role in the formation of public opinion. Actors who are involed in these conversations, played an important role in creating interrelated group communication networks. The exchange of information carried out by the main actors in the communication network aims to see how much influence is generated to the followers or members of the network created by the main actor. This circumstance brings up one dominant actor, which is called ‘opinion leader’. In addition, this response resulted in the emergence of news sentiments. Sentiments that appear in the public tend to be negative. These sentiments touched 55% of the total coverage on various news media platforms.
