AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan produk pembiayaan Bank Aceh dan pengaruh produk pembiayaan Bank Aceh setelah dikonversi ke sistem Syariah terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian gabungan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan sampel 101 orang dari jumlah nasabah Bank Aceh. Hasil penelitian memnyimpulkan bahwa,pertama, Bank Acehtelah mempunyai produk-produk pembiayaan murabahah (produk pembiayaan multi guna, konsumer, pembiayaan pensiun, pembiayaan mikro); pembiayaan musyarakah (pembiayaan rekening koran syariah, pembiayaan kontruksi dan pembiayaan mikro) dan pembiayaan mudharabah. Kedua, eksistensi Bank Aceh setelah dikonversi menjadi bank syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Aceh. Selain itu, produk pembiayaan murabahanmerupakan produk yang paling banyak diminati sebanyak 64%, nilai ini berbanding terbalik dengan akad kerjasama produk lainnya. Namun, nilai positif yang diberikan kepada Bank Aceh menunjukkan bahwa produk murabahah dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Aceh meskipun banyak masyarakat berminat terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah dan qardul hasan. Abstrac The purpose of this research is toknow Aceh Bank financing product development and to explore Aceh Bank financing product after converting to the sharia system for Acehnese prosperity.Thi research is a combination research with qualitative research approach by 101 sample. The research result shows that, first Aceh Bank has had murabahah financing (multifunction financing product, consumer, pension financing, micro financing); musyarakah financing (sharia bank statement financing, islamic real estate financing, and micro financing); and mudharabah financing. The second. This research also found that Aceh bank Existence after converting has become a bank which has given a positive influence for Acehnese prosperity.Furthermore, murabahah is the most widely used financing product at 64%. However, the given positivity to Sharia Aceh Bank shows that murabahah product has resulted in Acehnese prosperity even though a lot of people prefer to take mudharabah and qardul hasan financing product.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Sistem pengupahan karyawan bakti yang diberlakukan di kantor walikota Lhokseumawe menurut perspektif Ekonomi Syariah. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kantor WalikotaLhokseumawe, dengan mengambil jenis penelitian lapangan Memakai pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif" Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama: Penetapan upah dilakukan atas persetujuan dari kantor APBD, setelah itu ditanda tangani oleh Bendahara kantor walikota Lhokseumawe atas persetujuan walikota Lhokseumawe, adapun Sistem Pengupahan untuk tenaga kerja bakti ini disesuaikan dengan jumlah anggaran yang ada artinya disesuaikan berdasarkan pendapatakan daerah ialah Rp. 500.000 untuk karyawan kantor dan Rp. 900.000 untuk karyawan bagian supir kantor, selain itu karyawan bakti dapat memperoleh tambahan insentif diantaranya seperti ikut serta dalam memegang proyek, bergabung menjadi panitia dalam suatu acara atau juga ikut membantu menyelesaikan tugas karyawan tetap. Kedua: Sistem Pengupahan di kantor tersebut banyak yang sudah sejalan dan sesuai dengan prinsip pengupahan dalam Ekonomi Syariah, misalnya dari segi pelaksanaan prinsip keadilan dan kelayakan dimana sudah terjadinya kesepakatan tertulis antara karyawan bakti dengan pihak kantor yang menerima karyawan sebelum mereka bekerja di sana dan kedua pihak secara garis besar sudah melaksanakan kesepakatan tersebut, selain itu juga sistem pengupahan dikantor tersebut, mirip dengan model pengupahan Ujrah al mistli (upah sepadan) dalam Islam. Hanya saja perlu lebih ditegaskan lagi keadilan dalam pembagian tugas, pokok dan fungsi dari karyawan bakti disana agar dibedakan dengan para karyawan tetap.
The socialization held in Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency aims to improve the understanding of shares, especially Sharia stocks, especially for Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency’s community in the district of North Aceh. The serviceman conducted socialization in Alue Dua village because located in a rural area. This devotion is undertaken from the interview result, which shows that many people do not understand the theory of stocks and how it works. Furthermore, most of Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency community are reluctant to be investors in the stock market due to the lack of understanding about the difference between stocks in general and the Sharia one. The community considers that all forms of shares are illegal where the investment system is not following Shariah guidance. In this socialization activity, the serviceman explained the context of Sharia stocks and shares under the theory and its practice. Furthermore, the community is guided to jump directly becoming an investor by using the RTI Business application downloaded on the Playstore. The results show that Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency community is very enthusiastic to join as a Sharia stock investor, evidenced by the answers given and expertise in using the RTI Business application.
Recently, people are purchasing and selling more old money in many areas including Lhokseumawe, the prices offered are varied from tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions. This research aims to explain the practice of old money trading and the factors which influence this transaction at Lhokseumawe including the Sharia Economic Law review toward old money trading. The result of the research indicates that there are 2 types of mechanism for purchasing and selling the ancient money in Lhokseumawe, the first step where someone looks for oldmoney himself and then resells it, the second, seller sells someone else's money by agreement where the seller will provide a place for such a transaction. On the other hand, there are two methods ofold money sale which aredirect selling (sell it manually) and purchasing itvia online. Besides, there are several factors encouraging the old money transaction development at Lhokseumawe, namely: economic factors, hobbies, uniqueness factors, the collectors' hobby, scarcity factors, and historical values. In Sharia Economic Law observation, the old money sale transactions are "permissible" because the old money is no longer applied for a medium of exchange. Likewise, because of its high price, the commercial of old money is allowed. Meanwhile, the old money becomes a high value and antique object/merchandise like other art items such as ancient furniture and paintings. Therefore, high prices determination for old money exchange is reasonable and permissible in the KHES (kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah) which is one of the references in Sharia Economic law.
