In order to promote the development of rural construction and optimize the resources of modern vernacular literature, this paper proposes a video teaching resource platform of modern vernacular literature based on the construction of the ADDIE model to analyze the value orientation of modern vernacular literature in contemporary rural construction. Through the ADDIE model structure, the evaluation indexes are divided into target layer A, criterion layer Bn, and sub-criterion layer Cn, and the teaching scoring weights are calculated so as to construct an effective teaching system of modern vernacular literature. The consistency principle of the teaching system is applied to calculate the mutual inverse judgment matrix, and the interval weighting algorithm is used to make the differences between the ranking vectors continuous and, thus, to comprehensively judge the value research orientation of contemporary rural construction. In order to verify the feasibility of the teaching resource platform of modern vernacular literature video built based on the ADDIE model, the teaching practice effect test is conducted on it. The experiment proves: In the significance test, the average score of post-test in village B is 85.9, which is 24.5 points higher than the average score of 61.4 in the pre-test. And the test of equality of variance Sig=0.945>0.05, significance (two-tailed) P=0.004<0.05. It indicates that modern vernacular literature has a stable guiding effect on the construction of contemporary villages and is conducive to the promotion of rural economic development.

According to the multidimensional interpretation effect, the classification recall of the theoretical interpretation dimensions obtained after using the decentralized Internet model increases from 59.15%, 58.84%, 61.21%, 62.79% to 69.49%, 72.03%, 71.87%, 72.9%, and the average running speed of 9.21s decreases significantly to 3.84s. Portability, accessibility, interpretation completeness and contextual integration, depth of understanding indexes of ranking, accessibility, interpretive completeness, and contextual integration, depth of understanding, interpretive adequacy, and six-theory coverage reached 89.26%, 91.45%, 90.75%, 92.84%, 93.23%, 96.29%, and 99.12%. It shows that the decentralized Internet interpretation method of Marxist theory can grasp the scientific connotation and inner mechanism of theoretical development, trace the origin from ideas and perspectives related to the concept and summarize and interpret the background, reality, gist, content structure, and its contemporary significance under the new era discourse, so as to better implement and practice Marxist theory.
