In the era of globalization, information systems are now increasingly developing and are very important and main things in helping the process of corporate performance, in the near future that will make competition in the performance process will be more updated and faster. Because of that the use of information technology and the design of making application programs using Visual Basic 6.0 as programing and MySQL as its database, regarding the analysis and design of information systems for inpatients in anal azimar maternity homes. Problems - problems faced by this company, namely the problem of data redundancy in inputting data, and not presented properly and lead to difficulties when manipulating, changing, and deleting data. In the end the author hopes that with the creation of a new information system, it can help the input process more easily, and quickly. lThis study describes the INLA Goes to School Gymnastics activities which have temporarily not been running for a year due to the pandemic. Therefore, this study makes analysis and design which will later be made into applications for further research so that INLA goes to school Gymnastics activities can be carried out again during a pandemic and after a pandemic. lAugmented Reality is a technology that allows users to see a combination of real and virtual objects in a real environment and run in real time or realtime. lIn this study, the author makes a 3-dimensional animation design to make it look more attractive and increase interest in using the INLA Goes to School Augmented Reality Gymnastics application. The INLA Goes to School Gymnastics Application Based on Augmented Reality was created using the Unity application and in the animation stage using the Blender application. This condition can occur only temporarily or for a long time (chronic). Bucharestesia can be temporary (temporary) or chronic. Almost everyone has experienced temporary paresthesia. This sensation occurs when nerves are accidentally compressed in certain body positions, such as sitting cross-legged for too long or sleeping with your head on your hands. Temporary paraesthesia will go away on its own when the pressure on the nerves is relieved. However, if the tingling feeling persists even though the pressure has been relieved, then there may be another disease or disorder in the body that is the cause. Chronic paresthesia is often a symptom of a neurological disease or caused by trauma to the nerve tissue. A variety of diseases can cause chronic paresthesia including vitamin deficiency, neurological disorders due to repetitive movements or other diseases. Chronic paraesthesia requires medication and management to heal. However, sometimes chronic paresthesia cannot completely heal even after undergoing treatment even though an expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only one person can solve. Expert systems also help their activities as highly experienced assistants. Expert systems can also provide analysis of problems and can also recommend to users some actions to make improvements.
ABSTRAK Pelanggaran merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat umum terjadi di sekolah, setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan akan mendapatkan sanksi. Begitu juga dengan SMK IT Risalah Batam yang akan memberikan sanksi kepada setiap siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran. Untuk itu diperlukan Sistem Pemrosesan Data Siswa Bermasalah untuk menghitung semua pelanggaran. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Fault Point yang merupakan metode penghitungan bobot pelanggaran, dimana dalam menentukan siswa yang melakukan tindak pidana dikenai sanksi bobot pelanggaran dan didukung oleh Aplikasi Mobile. Hasil penelitian ini berupa laporan data siswa bermasalah dan sanksi yang diberikan kepada siswa.
