The problems of optimizing the selection of the best new model of technology are considered, based on an assessment of its functioning as part of the complex system. The composite indicator of the product technical level is proposed as such an assessment characteristic. It is represented by six basic components and can be used at all stages of the model development. Models and methods for calculating a generalized indicator of quality, novelty of technical solutions, functional and constructive organization, adaptability to advanced technology, reliability of a sample, its graphical representation based on classical methods of probability theory, expert and heuristic estimates, an ideal center, graph theory taking into account the functional cost analysis have been prepared.
The paper considers the issues of ensuring the integrity of the flow of information messages between remote objects and identification of the data transmission channel, interrupted randomly by fragmentation-defragmentation processes of this flow as a result of the stochastic appearance and disappearance of traces from meteors burning in the ionosphere, which are used as passive repeaters of VHF radio signals that carry out energy contact between correspondents of a computer network. The problem is posed to implement an algorithm for discontinuous transmission of a continuous data stream over a meteor communication network without distortion and loss of transmitted messages without the inclusion of redundant signs, which contributes to a more rational use of the limited telecommunication resource of the meteor communication network. It is shown that to ensure a reliable exchange of information data between remote infrastructure facilities of the Northern Sea Route, a meteor trail can be used, which will provide a statistically stable connection with the fulfilment of the requirements for the probability of receiving false signs while maintaining the integrity of messages, provided that this type of communication between correspondents is discontinuous.
Laser lighting systems in comparison with traditional submarine devices in the form of spotlights have a significant advantage. Their use provides an increase in the distance of underwater vision of television systems in underwater robotic complexes and, as a result, increasing their search efficiency. The article is aimed at examining the potential of laser illuminators optimal application by taking into account the hydrooptical characteristics of aqueous media affecting the weakening of the light flux generated by it, and the wavelength of the laser radiation. The results of studies presented on graphs and in tables make it possible to provide the arguments for the idea of the expediency of transition to laser technologies to optimize the underwater search of objects at any operating depths.
The aim of this article is to justify the usefulness of meteor communication network usage as a telecommunication basis on the access connectivity network for Vessel traffic management on their way to the Arctic Russian infrastructure in the coastal zone of the northern sea route. It represent us the main options, from the point of view of system analysis, which characterise the telecommunication technologies of meteor connection, structural-functional scheme, generalized mathematical model of the network consisting of the radiotransmitter and receiver including antenna systems. It is represented the usage of adaptive antenna grids as UHF antenna systems.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
