Knowledge Management System (KMS) aims to improve the quality of human resources in an organization by improving communication among employees and to increase skill by transferring knowledge. Knowledge Management System (KMS) is one of many ways to foster a culture of knowledge sharing among individuals and organizations. In this research, the researcher tries to develop a model of knowledge management system suitable for existing condition at the Academic Administration Bureau of Nusantara Tourism Academy. The method used in this research is SSM model framework, while the knowledge is formed using SECI model. The system is designed by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. The functional system is tested using using FGD method with success rate of 90% and software quality is tested using MCcall's method with success rate of 87.75%. The result of this research is the Knowledge Management System prototype that can be a solution to share knowledge because it can properly record the employees’ knowledge and experience and can support the employees’ performance at Academic Administration Bureau of Nusantara Tourism Academy.
Kualitas hidup suatu pandangan atau perasaan seseorang terhadap kemampuan fungsionalnya. Kualitas hidup dapat terganggu akibat dari komplikasi ulkus diabetik yang dialami pasien diabetis mellitus. Tujuan penelitian mengindentifikasi gambaran tingkat kualitas hidup pada pasien ulkus diabetik. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif cross sectional dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 45 responden, yang mengalami ulkus diabetik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Aceh. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat kualitas hidup pada kategori buruk 24 responden (53,3%), sedang 19 responden (42,2%), sedangkan baik hanya 2 responden (4,4%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa mayoritas penderita ulkus kaki adalah responden dengan tingkat spiritualitas buruk yaitu 24 responden (53,3%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan penyedia pelayanan kesehatan, keluarga serta responden mengetahui gambaran tingkat kualitas hidupnya sehingga dapat memanajemen hidupnya secara lebih baik lagi.
Ulkus diabetikum memiliki dampak psikologis yang terjadi salah satunya stres, strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi stres disebut dengan mekanisme koping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mekanisme koping pada pasien ulkus diabetikum. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 43 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Penyebaran Kuesioner. Alat yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Brief Cope yang berjumlah 28 pernyataan yang terdiri dari pernyataan Favourable dan pernyataan unfavourable. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mekanisme koping yang digunakan responden yaitu mekanisme koping adaptif sebanyak 23 responden (53,5%). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada perawat dalam memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya dukungan keluarga dan spiritualitas untuk meningkatkan koping pasien ulkus diabetikum.
Physiological changes due to inflammation in patients with (COPD) significantly led to a decrease in carbon dioxide levels in the blood. It can trigger physiological changes in the form of anxiety to depression. This study aimed to identify the level of anxiety in patients with stable COPD. The study was using quantitative descriptive design, sample of 70 patient, questionnaire STAI (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory). The majority of respondents are male (85.2%), aged> 65 years (35.5%) had quit smoking (97.5%) with duration of smoking cessation> 2 years (49.0%), and the majority COPD patients had> 2 years (60.0%). Most of the patients had a moderate level of anxiety (42.8%), and mild (30.0%), or severe (27.2%). Anxiety is not treated immediately will risk causing disturbances in various aspects of life of patients. Thus, it is important for patients detection and treatment of anxiety quickly and precisely along with the medical treatment of COPD.
Hand hygiene is one of the most important steps to prevent infection in health services and the nurses have a big role in preventing infection because they interact with patients for 24 hours. One of the factors that influence the application of the five moments of hand hygiene is the knowledge of nurses. The objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of nurses about five moments of hand hygiene. The research design was quantitative using descriptive method. The samples in this research were 35 nurses which were taken through total sampling technique. The measuring instrument was a questionnaire which consisted of 20 questions. The results of the research showed that the respondents who had knowledge of the five moments of hand hygiene in the high category was 16 respondents (45.7%), the range of age of 26-35 years was 16 respondents (45.7%), female sex was 27 respondents (77.1%), Associate degree of Nursing program was 30 respondents (85.7%) with a length of work for 1-5 years was 15 respondents (42.9%). It can be concluded that respondents who have knowledge about five moments of hand hygiene is in the high category. From the results of this research, it is expected that respondents can continue to improve their knowledge and compliance in carrying out the five moments of hand hygiene, especially in the second and fifth moments through training.
