Penetapan tarif air minum PDAM Kampar diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kampar Nomor 19 tahun2009, tentang Pelayanan Air Minum PDAM Tirta Kampar dan Peraturan Bupati Kampar Nomor 54 tahun 2014tanggal 29 Desember 2014, tentang Tarif Air Minum PDAM Kampar. Namun, kesediaan membayar akanmencerminkan persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan dan pentingnya air bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, penetapan/kenaikan tarif harus selalu disesuaikan dengan kualitas pelayanan yang nyata bagi konsumen. Analisis willingness topay (WTP) bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesanggupan untuk membayar biaya pelayanan pengadaan air bersih(PDAM) untuk Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuanprogram Statitical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) untuk 100 sampel masyarakat pengguna layanan PDAMTirta Kampar di Kecamatan Salo. Analisis data yang akan digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana danberganda, pengujian asumsi klasik dan juga analisis reliabilitas. Hasil analisis survei menunjukkan porsi dominanmasyarakat mau membayar Willingness to Pay berada dalam range Rp. 40.000 – Rp. 60.000 sebanyak 47 orang atau47% dari jumlah rumah tangga yang diteliti. Faktor korelasi yang relatif kuat dalam mempengaruhi nilai kesediaanterletak pada Jumlah anggota keluarga dan pendapatan rata rata. Tarif air berdasarkan rata-rata kesediaanmasyarakat bersedia membayar air (Willingness to Pay) sebesar 2.626,39/m3. Tarif air ini lebih rendah dari tarifPDAM pada saat itu yaitu sebesar Rp. 3.500,00/m3. Perbedaan tarif persepsi masyarakat dan PDAM diharapkandapat memacu PDAM untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan agar persepsi masyarakat akan tarifyang diharapkan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan PDAM.
Garbage is a household product, which is produced every day. The household garbage becomes a big problem, if it can not be handled properly. Residents of RT 04 RW 09 Binawidya, Tampan district, city of Pekanbaru have experienced problems with waste such as unpleasant odors due to the accumulation of house yard waste before being disposed to a final disposal site. To reduce this problem, there are many solutions that can be done. One of them is to utilize organic waste from household, which is processed into Eco-Enzyme. The eco-enzymes made from household waste such as vegetable residues and fruit peels. It can produce environmentally friendly products such as floor cleaners, plant fertilizers, water purifiers and others. The eco-enzyme is very easy to make. The ingredients are used organic waste (vegetables and fruit peels), sugar and water in a ratio of 3:1:10. This paper explained the eco-enzyme production training that was given to housewives, aiming to use the waste produced by their households into useful products.
Instalasi air pada gedung-gedung umumya hanya diatur dengan menggunakan kran manual. Sistem instalasi air tidak dilengkapi dengan pemantauan dan pengendalian penggunaan air pada setiap ruang atau gedung. Rancang bangun pada penelitian ini adalah sebuah solusi untuk menjadikan instalasi air pada gedung mudah dipantau dan dikendalikan jika terjadi kebocoran pipa istalasi atau penggunaan air yang tidak wajar. Sistem pematauan dan pengendalian berbasis IoT sehingga mudah mendapatkan data penggunaan air secara realtime dan dapat dikendaalikan melalui perangkat smartphone atau web. sistem ini menggunakan sensor flowmeter untuk membaca aliran air dan selenoid valve untuk membuka dan menutup aliran air yang mengalir pada pipa air. data sensor yang dibaca dikirim ke mikrokontroler untuk diolah dan selanjutnya dikirimkan ke internet melalui gateway LoRa. Data yang tersimpan pada database dapat diakses sekaligus dimonitor melalui smartphone dan web. sistem ini dilengkapi dengan pesan sebagai notifikasi kebocoran atau pemakaian air tidak wajar yang dikirimkan melalui telegram. The Batching Plant establishment project of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk is aimed to meet the needs of its own ready mix concrete to develop 2 km of Manado-Bitung Toll Road. The establishment of this batching plant was caused by the worry that demand for concrete need with a volume of 73,000 m³ was not fulfilled which has been planned for the period of 33 months (June 2016 to December 2018). This temporary project evaluation is needed for assessing the time of return on investment capital and the achievement evaluation using investment criteria. Investment evaluation used 3 (three) analytical techniques commonly used in Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA), namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Cost-Benefit Ratio (BCR). The investment evaluation results showed that the decision criteria with NPV of Rp. 3,721,209,360.08, where NPV> 0, IRR of 107.82%, gave the value of IRR > 4.92% and with BCR of 1.054, gave the value of BCR> 1. All calculation results showed the value of the criteria that the Batching Plant Project of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk is eligible and makes a profit.
Every day people always produce household waste. In an average day each resident produces 2-3 liters of waste. To reduce the amount of waste that is disposed of in the TPA, the community needs to carry out their own waste processing techniques. The most appropriate method of processing organic waste is to use the compost. Compost is an effort to process organic waste through a controlled decomposition process. The main product of composting is environmental cleanliness, because the amount of disposing organic waste in the landfill that can be reduced. Subsequence, it can be obtained the compost yield as another advantage. Composting with the Takakura method is very suitable for tropical areas and household scale.
