Servical cancer is the most common cancer in women in the world and ranks second most cause of death after cardiovascular disease. Early detection of cervical cancer is done through IVA method. Early detection of servical cancer in Kupang City Health Office in 2017 totaling 1.757 woman and 58 women are positive for cervical precancerous lesions with highest cases in the Bakunase Health Center as many as 38 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of age at first marriage, habits of changing partners, parity and pathological vaginal history of the occurrence of cervical precancerous lesions (IVA +) in Bakunase Health Center Kupang City in 2019. This type of research is an analytic survey with a case control research design. To analyze the relationship between the variables used the chi square test and the magnitude of risk factors calculated Odds Ratio (OR) values. The results showed that there was a relationship between age at first marriage p = 0.038 (OR = 2.979; 95% CI 1.164-7.622), parity p = 0.021 (OR = 3.322; 95% CI: 1.293-8.538), pathological vaginal discharge p = 0.021 ( OR = 3,375; 95% CI: 1,303-8,744), while the habit of changing sexual partners is not a risk factor associated with the incidence of precancerous cervical lesions p = 0.358 (OR = 4.353; 95% CI 0.463-40.898. Suggestions for Kupang City Bakunase Health Center to conduct counseling about risk factors and dangers of cervical cancer, create an HPV vaccination program and encourage every woman to vaccinate. For women-only communities to avoid risk factors and make periodic early detection for those who have already married.
Adolescence is a period of transitional development between childhood and adulthood where adolescents are vulnerable to peer influence in terms of interests, attitudes, appearances, and behaviors. This vulnerability may lead to various issues including reproductive health problems. The incidence of adolescent reproductive health problems such as early pregnancy and childbirth, unsafe abortion, sexually transmitted infections including Human Immunodeficiency Virus, sexual harassment/rape is influenced by factors of knowledge, attitudes, and the role of parents. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to reproductive health practices at SMP Negeri 16 Kupang. This research was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 155 adolescents. The study was conducted in August 2020. Data analysis in this study used simple logistic regression analysis. The results found that 52.9% of adolescents had poor reproductive health practices. Reproductive health practice was associated with knowledge (p = 0.000), and the role of parents (p = 0.048) while attitudes (p = 0.948) was found unrelated to the practice. Increasing understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health is necessary to help adolescents anticipate the impact of reproductive health problems.
Laru is a traditional alcoholic beverage from NTT obtained from the fermentation of palm tree sap (Borassus flabellifer). Alcohol is a risk factor for someone suffering from hypertension because alcohol has the same effect as carbon dioxide which can increase blood acidity and cortisol levels so that the blood becomes thicker and the heart is forced to pump blood throughout the body, resulting in hypertension. Hypertension is a condition of a person's blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg. The purpose of this study was to analyze the type, amount, frequency and duration of consumption of laru with the incidence of hypertension in East Penfui Village in 2019. This research method is a case control study. The sample consisted of 40 cases and 40 controls with a ratio of 1: 1. Data analysis was performed with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The thesis shows that the factors associated with hypertension are laru type (ρ = 0.004; OR = 5.127) and duration of laru consumption (ρ = 0.016; OR = 3.857), while unrelated factors are the amount of laru consumption (ρ = 0.252) and laru consumption frequency (ρ = 0.654). The community is expected to reduce consumption of laru so that they can avoid hypertension. Penfui Timur Village can make efforts to control alcohol so that alcohol consumption in the community can be controlled and does not cause health problems.
Malaria Surveillance are formed by system that support the purpose of activity. Purpose of the research was evaluated malaria surveillance activities in support of malaria elimination in Kupang District 2020 based on input, process, output assessment. This Research was descriptive research with qualitative approach. Subjects were malaria surveillance officer in Department of Health in Kupang District, and Batakte, Baumata, Tarus Health Center with using purposive sampling method. This research was conducted August-September 2020. Primary data sources were interviews, observations, while secondary data collected through report documentation. Data analysis was descriptively. The results of study showed that input given were inadequate like human resources, the level of education 66,7% not an epidemiolog, and 100% of double officers. Specifically, the district health office malaria surveillance funds do not sufficient, while in health center is funded from BOK. Malaria surveillance facilities are not available. Process is considered quite good: data collection using weekly and monthly report formats, completeness of reports, and accuracy >80%. The data compilation has described characteristics of people, time, place-data analysis and interpretation by making comparisons the number of cases presented in graph. Output is unsuitable: information like the publication of annual surveillance bulletins is not available, dissemination of information by health office only to cross-programs, health center to cross-program, cross-sector. Feedback has been achieved: health office makes quarterly report and visits health center through small workshops. Suggestions: need to attention that officer education qualifications, surveillance activities facilities, and the publishing of the annual surveillance bulletin.

The density of flies can increase if the environment of markets does not meet the sanitation requirements. Oeba traditional market is one of the markets in Kupang City that has the highest density of flies with an average of 21 blocks/30 seconds of block grill. The purpose of this research is to describe the environmental sanitation of Oeba Market, Kota Lama Sub-district, Kupang City in 2020. The research was descriptive. The population in this study were all selling sections located in the market from which the sample of fish, meat and vegetable sections were selected using purposive sampling method. The density of flies was measured using a fly grill tool. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the availability of environmental sanitation at the fish selling section was categorized as quite good with an average fly density level of 2 heads/block grill, the meat section was categorized as poor with the density level of 10 fly/block grill and the vegetable/fruit section was categorized as poor with the density of 2 flies/block grill. A collaboration among the government and the local community both traders and market managers is necessary to ensure to the environmental sanitation of the market.
