This research is a case study and focuses on the implementation of the spirituality of financial management in the Redemptor Mundi Catholic Church Surabaya. This research is an evaluation research with qualitative methods using an ethnographic approach. The results showed that 1) has been implemented properly in accordance with the new one that has supporting evidence; 2) every financial steward at Redemptor Mundi Catholic Church is very aware that working for the Church is a service. As servants, stewards realize that they work without imbalances, such as salary. The challenge in spirituality of financial management is to train patience in communication between organs so that it is expected to be more synergistic. Communication can hinder the spirituality of financial management process, but the stewardship coordinator finds solutions quickly so that obstructed communication can run smoothly again. Therefore, it is very necessary for financial stewards to really live spirituality of financial management deeply so that they are smooth in serving, responsible, and full of integrity from the beginning-the process-the end of the service process.
This research is a qualitative research with a case study method approach that aims to find out the efforts to build belarasa habits, various forms of belarasa, and the impact of carrying out belarasa or compassion carried out by students of Darma Cendika Catholic University scholarship recipients from academic scholarship Aquinas. Thus, students of Darma Cendika Catholic University who received scholarships from academic scholarship Aquinas as many as 105 students were the subject of this research. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, and documentation. In data analysis using data reduction methods, data presentation, and inference. The results of this study showed that 1) 77% of the scholarship students from Academic Scholarship Aquinas consistently build attitudes and actions carried out through a six-step practice of habituation to build belarasa; 2) found various forms of belarasa, such as providing direct assistance in the form of goods, establishing cooperation to create business opportunities, providing inspiration; 3) the impact after doing belarasa can be felt both for yourself and the environment. The impact for one another is the existence of mental satisfaction or life satisfaction and encourages life to be more able to be grateful so that it becomes happy because it can do so, such as spontaneously being able to give thanks, can pray for those who suffer, can make decisions to provide assistance in what form. The impact for the environment is to form an environment around where scholarship students live felt more positive because it starts from him who develops sensitivity to be more able to carry out belarasa so that it can be transmitted to others around him, building networks by forming cooperation with institutions or other parties.
Teachers or education fighters, especially honorary teachers in Indonesia do not yet have regulations. This causes honorary teachers to experience a sense of injustice in terms of income or income. As many as 48% of the total teacher population are non-civil servant teachers, most of whom earn below the regional minimum wage. The focus of this research is how to use existing resources to fight for the problem of a sense of injustice for honorary teachers to their income based on the philosophy of relationality. The aim is to explore or explore in more detail the opportunities and challenges of using resources to achieve a sense of justice for honorary teachers in their income. This research is a literature study, with qualitative methods and a relational philosophy approach. The result of this research is that the President is central to solving the problem of honorary teachers because the Indonesian government system is presidential so that the president becomes the head of state as well as the government. The Indonesian government should have drawn up a grand design for the field of education, specifically for human resources, by removing the status of civil servant and non-civil servant teachers and their derivatives so that there is only one term for teachers of the Republic of Indonesia who have the same regulations, welfare and guarantee of work wherever they carry out their duties. in both public and private schools.
